This research was motivated by the problem of lack of knowledge and awareness of the nutritional needs of pregnant women during pregnancy at Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang Health Center. Pregnant women rarely do nutritional counseling to nutritionists about the diet and type of food that must be consumed during pregnancy because of limited time for consultation at Bungus Bay Kabung Health Center. Therefore nutritionists try to make the application of nutritional needs of pregnant women web-based with Cooper's method with the aim of making it easier for pregnant women to find information about nutritional intake through food menu selection. The Cooper method is a way of calculating the number of calories needed by a pregnant woman. The method used for system development is the system development life cycle method (SDLC), while the tools for modeling use UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used for making this application is PHP and MySQL for the database. Based on this study, pregnant women can conduct online consultations as a means of providing solutions to find out the fulfillment of the nutritional needs of pregnant women and fetuses.
The Community Health Center hereinafter referred to as the Puskesmas, is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-rate individual efforts, prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts. The recording and reporting system (SP2TP) is a comprehensive and integrated recording and reporting activity for Puskesmas with the concept of puskesmas working areas. PIECES include Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service. Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya already uses the e-Puskesmas application and already has PIECES, but it is not yet perfect in its application. This community service's purpose is that the implementation of SP2TP by using PIECES is better at the Lubuk Buaya Health Center. The method used with Research Development. Medical record officers' performance on the implementation of e-puskesmas has been running well on the information is still not accurate in providing information. The economy is still lacking facilities and infrastructure in the smooth implementation of e-puskesmas. There are still errors in the data in control so that supervision is still not guaranteed; efficiency has not been found to increase efficiency in the performance of health centers and services there are still processes that have not been implemented. In the implementation of SP2TP using PECES, it should be optimized so that errors do not occur in the information available at the Puskesmas, and other fields related to reporting will be easier to monitor, including external parties.
Keberhasilan pelayanan medis rumah sakit dapat dimulai dari kantor pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan, dan pasien yang datang ke rumah sakit hanya memiliki satu nomor rekam medis. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada petugas kesehatan, dan juga agar sadar dalam pentingnya penomoran yang valid pada rekam medis. Metode pengabdian dengan melakukan penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab kepada petugas rekam medis. Hasil kegiatan memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan terbaru pada petugas dan kesadaran pemahaman akan akibat terjadinya penomoran ganda.
Kartu Kunjungan Berobat pasien merupakan identitas atau pengenal pasien pada saat berobat ke tempat layanan kesehatan. Puskesmas Ulak Karang menerapkan family numbering diketahui dimana kartu kunjungan berobat pasien digunakan oleh semua anggota keluarga sehingga dapat memperlama waktu pelayanan pendaftaran pasien, Ini terjadi jika pasien tidak membawa kartu kunjungan berobat, selain itu kondisi nya yang rusak dan tulisannya yang luntur sehingga menyulitkan proses identifikasi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah bagaimana pentingnya membawa kartu kunjungan berobat agar pelayanan menjadi lebih bermutu. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Ulak Karang Padang dimana yang menjadi audien adalah pasien yang datang berkunjung di waktu kami melakukan sosialisasi di puskesmas tersebut. Sosialisasi disampaikan melalui ceramah dengan batuan media audio visual, sehingga materi bisa di sampaikan dengan baik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi berjalan dengan lancar dan diharapkan peserta dapat menerima materi yang diberikan serta aktif dan bersemangat dalam penyuluhan. Kegiatan soasilisasi pentingnya kartu kunjungan/kartu identitas berobat merupakan indikator mutu pada pelayanan kesehatan.
