ABSTRACT Anxiety is an uncomfortable, pleasant, indistinct and pleasant feeling with autonomic symptoms. Many internal and external factors cause anxiety in a person. Non-pharmacological intervention anxiety that has lower side effects is safer and can be used for a more extended period compared to anti-anxiety drugs. The recitation of the Al-Qur'an generates alpha waves, which are waves that appear when someone is relaxing. Increased alpha waves can reduce symptoms of anxiety.
<p><strong><em>Introduction</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Estimation of body height is one of the important parameter in the anthropology forensic, which the body height became the first action in identification. The regression formula using the tibia length, sex, and age might have valid approximation for body height which helpful in clinical context.</em><em> </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Methods</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>The analytic descriptive researchwith the cross-sectional design was done on 112 subject consist of male and female satisfy inclusion and exclusion criteria. Sample was selected by total sampling technique.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Result</em></strong><strong><em>s: </em></strong><em>Tibia length resulting correlation ranging between 0,488 and 0,968 (p<0,001). The</em><em> </em><em>linear regression formula showed Standard Error of the Estimate (SEE) ranging between 0,810 and 3,495 (p<0,001).</em><strong><em> </em></strong><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusion: </em></strong><em>A significant correlation between tibia length and body heightwas found with a strong correlation. Background: Dyslipidemia is a condition where there is an abnormal lipid profile in the blood. Modern patterns and lifestyles such as consuming fast food cause excessive fat consumption which can increase the possibility of contracting blood vessel and heart disease. High levels of High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol can protect the body against heart disease and stroke, but not many drugs can increase HDL cholesterol levels. Olive oil is an oil that contains 77% Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA) which can reduce LDL cholesterol and increase HDL cholesterol. Objective: To determine the effect of olive oil (Extra Virgine Olive Oil-EVOO) and moderate intensity exercise on high density lipoprotein (HDL) levels in male Wistar strain (Rattus novergicus L) rats fed a high-fat diet. Method: a true experimental research design with a pretest and posttest design with a control group (Pretest and Posttest with Control Group) with simple randomization. Results: There was an increase in HDL levels in the control group (42.50 to 44.50 mg / dl), the olive oil treatment group was (50.83 to 53.33) mg / dL, the moderate intensity exercise treatment group (46.67 to 52 , 00 mg / dl), and the moderate-intensity exercise and olive oil treatment groups (47.50 to 58.67 mg / dl). Conclusion: Extra Virgine Olive Oil, moderate intensity exercise, and Extra Virgine Olive Oil with moderate intensity exercise influence the increase of HDL levels in the blood of male Wistar strain rats fed a high-fatty diet.
Latar belakang: Trigliserida merupakan salah satu komponen lipid yang digunakan dalam tubuh untuk menyediakan energi untuk berbagai proses metabolik. Pada dislipidemia terjadi kelainan metabolisme lipid yang ditandai dengan peningkatan maupun penurunan fraksi lipid dalam plasma. Minyak zaitun (extra virgine olive oil) dan olahraga intensitas sedang dapat menurunkan kadar lipid di dalam darah melalui kandungan antioksidan dan efek lipolisis dari masing-masing. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh minyak zaitun (extra virgine olive oil) dan olahraga intensitas sedang terhadap kadar trigliserida pada tikus jantan galur wistar (Rattus novergicus L.) yang diberi diet tinggi lemak. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah true experimental pretest dan posttest with control group design. Penelitian dibagi 4 kelompok yaitu K (diet tinggi lemak), P1 (diet tinggi lemak + minyak zaitun), P2 (diet tinggi lemak + olahraga intensitas sedang), P3 (diet tinggi lemak + minyak zaitun & olahraga intensitas sedang) dan dilihat kadar trigliserida dari tiap kelompok. Hasil: Rata-rata kadar trigliserida kelompok P3 sebelum dan sesudah intervensi adalah 112,85 mg/dl – 97,14 mg/dl. Hasil uji kemaknaan p=0,313 (p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan yang tidak bermakna pada kadar trigliserida tikus jantan galur wistar.
