Auto Recloser (AR) is one of the 150 kV SUTT safety equipment that functions to anticipate momentary disturbances so that power outages can be anticipated, so that the outage area does not expand so that the continuity of power distribution remains reliable.This research was carried out by collecting data from the Menggala Substation and about Auto Reclose to be able to find out what Auto Reclose is, how the working principle and settings of Auto Reclose, what are the components of Auto Reclose and what is related to Auto Reclose, then the data attached to the gumawang 2 conductor is analyzed, from the results of the analysis is expected to be used as a reference in conducting Auto Restore settings. Based on the results of this study, Auto reclose relay is applied to gumawang 2 conductors using TPAR (Theree Phase Auto Reclose) type system settings and adding Zero Voltage Relay (RTN) to the 1#30 MVA transformer protection mini substation with time setting the same as distance Zone 1, namely 0s / Instant, so as to avoid auto energize on the transformer at the Mini Substation.
Voltage drop is the loss of voltage caused by several factors. PLN sets the standard of voltage at +5% -10% of the line voltage. The Utari feeder experiences a voltage drop caused by the length of the network plus the amount of load that is concentrated at the end of a network. This study uses observation method or library research. The source of the data used is secondary data (which already exists) which is then simulated using the ETAP application by utilizing the Load Flow Analysis function so that the results of the power flow in the electrical system are obtained. Based on the results of the study, to increase the voltage by building an underbuild network. The construction of this underbuild network aims to cut the length of the Utari feeder which is then maneuvered into Gunung Madu Plantation feeder. The voltage which was originally 17.217kV to 18.968kV with a difference is 1.751kV, namely there is an increase in voltage of about 7.4% from before. With the breaking of the load, it can shorten length of the feeder, so that by reducing the length of the feeder, the inductive reactance of the line will decrease so that the shrinkage is smaller.
Electronic administration system is one of the best solutions in the current digital era, electronic-based systems are considered to make it easier for an organization to process data and can reduce the possibility of data loss due to human error or natural disasters. The current administrative data management application is called the Electronic Office (E-Office). The E-Office handles data for incoming mail, outgoing mail and mail disposition. There are frequent delays in receiving information and validating letter files that are still carried out using physical files, so the mobile e-office is a solution that can be used by an agency to make it easier for workers to access information more quickly and can be done anywhere. Data security is an important thing that needs to be considered in an electronic transaction, so this research will add data security to the mobile e-office using sha-256 and lamport schemes. We present data on the results of this mobile e-office test on mobile devices and virtual private servers (vps), the data is in the form of functional application performance testing results and records of processing time performed by mobile and vps devices. From this data an analysis will be carried out to determine the appropriateness of the devices that can be used in running a mobile e-office.
The Batching Plant establishment project of PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk is aimed to meet the needs of its own ready mix concrete to develop 2 km of Manado-Bitung Toll Road. The establishment of this batching plant was caused by the worry that demand for concrete need with a volume of 73,000 m³ was not fulfilled which has been planned for the period of 33 months (June 2016 to December 2018). This temporary project evaluation is needed for assessing the time of return on investment capital and the achievement evaluation using investment criteria. Investment evaluation used 3 (three) analytical techniques commonly used in Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA), namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Cost-Benefit Ratio (BCR). The investment evaluation results showed that the decision criteria with NPV of Rp. 3,721,209,360.08, where NPV> 0, IRR of 107.82%, gave the value of IRR > 4.92% and with BCR of 1.054, gave the value of BCR> 1. All calculation results showed the value of the criteria that the Batching Plant Project of PT. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk is eligible and makes a profit.
