Pembelajaran Fisika dilaksanakan secara inkuiri ilmiah untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir, bekerja, dan bersikap ilmiah. Fakta menunjukkan nilai Ujian Tengah Semester ganjil SMAN 1 Krembung sebagai indikator hasil belajar siswa masih rendah. Pembelajaran fluida statis merupakan salah satu materi fisika yang memerlukan keterampilan berpikir kritis yang dilaksanakan dengan modifikasi metode High-α Binaural Beats dan Guided Problem Solving. Profil berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran menggunakan modifikasi High-α Binaural Beats dan Guided Problem Solving adalah: (1) ketercapaian indikator berpikir kritis berubah atribut dari memilih kemungkinan yang akan dilaksanakan menjadi membuat generalisasi; (2) ketercapaian taksonomi berpikir kritis berubah atribut dari keterampilan penalaran verbal menjadi keterampilan berpikir hipotesis; (3) ketercapaian kecakapan berpikir kritis berubah atribut dari penafsiran menjadi regulasi diri; (4) kategori berpikir kritis siswa berubah dari kategori kurang menjadi sedang yang disertai dengan perolehan gain peningkatan kategori sedang; (5) terdapat pengaruh penerapan modifikasi High-α Binaural Beats dan Guided Problem Solving terhadap kompetensi berpikir kritis siswa dengan kategori sangat kuat; (6) modifikasi High-α Binaural Beats dan Guided Problem Solving efektif meningkatkan berpikir kritis siswa pada rentang level High-Alpha 20-85 serta Guided Problem Solving efektif pada rentang efek GPS 65-75.
Abstract. The high density of RF-DC plasma N 2 -H 2 was used to make precise micro-texturing onto AISI420 has complex textured geometry. The original 2D micro-patterns were drawn onto substrate surface by maskless patterning using by of nano-carbon ink. These micro-patterned specimens were further plasma-nitrided at 673 K for 5.4 ks by 70 Pa using the hollow cathode device. The emissive light spectroscopy shows species in plasma were nitrogen atoms together with NH radicals and nitrogen molecular ions. Unprinted surface areas had selectively nitrided, have high nitrogen solute contents up to 12 mass%. Masked area just corresponded to carbon-mapping from printed nano-carbon inks, while unprinted surface to nitrogen mapping. The hardness profile had stepwise change across the borders between these printed and unprinted areas; e.g., the hardness on unprinted surface was 1200 Hv while it remained to be 350 Hv on printed surface. This selective nitriding and hardening enabled to construct the 3D textured miniature dies and products by chemical etching of printed area. These two peaks were related to extended martensitic lattice by high nitrogen extraordinary solid solution. The phase transformation from martensitic lattice α'-Fe through expanded phase into ε-Fe 3 N lattice.
Lumpur lapindo memiliki kandungan mineral yang baik untuk pembuatan semen dengan kandungan silika yang tinggi. Komponen silika hasil sintesis dari ML adalah 80 wt% pada 100oC dan 100 menit dalam 15 wt% larutan natrium hidroksida. Larutan asam silika dibuat dari larutan natrium silika dengan metode pertukaran ion. Kecepatan larutan natrium silika dalam kolom pertukaran ion meningkat 0,5-3,0 cm/s ketika konsentrasi ion natrium meningkat 15-95 ppm. Partikel silika dibuat dari larutan asam silika menggunakan spray flame pyrolysis. Ukuran partikel rata-rata meningkat dengan peningkatan konsentrasi asam silika. Diameter partikel silika berkisar antara 10 sampai 45 nm. Perkembangan kekuatan beton ML silika SCC lebih baik dibandingkan dengan beton alir. Nilai DSA, MOR, MOE, dan IB yang dicapai berturut – turut adalah 16,25%; 67,42 kg/cm2; 56,28 kg/cm2; dan 63,56 kg/cm2.
The nitridation of RF-DC plasma N2-H2 into AISI420 produces several phases namely α’ (bcc),ε (hcp), and γ (fcc) which are randomly distributed in a number that is difficult to identify. So the most dominant justification of crystal phase was needed. Based on the concept of isothermal transformation of AISI420 transformed from the α’ phase (ferromagnetic), to ε phase (paramagnetic), and to γ phase (nonmagnetic). It can be used as the underlying theory that magnetic property approach can potentially identify the dominant crystal phase. This study measured the magnetic properties of AISI420 treated by RF-DC plasma N2-N2 for identification of dominant crystal structure. Based on the hysteresis curve (M-H loop) of VSM method, magnetic characteristics can be produced such as susceptibility. Furthermore, the atomistic simulations were performed with the LAMMPS. Modelling of schematic picture of the structure using VESTA v.3.3.2 64 bit. Susceptibility value of AISI420 treated with RF-DC Plasma N2-H2 is range in the notation of 10-5 to 10-3, so it meets criteria of 10-5 ⩽ 10-3 which can be categorized as paramagnetic and super-paramagnetic. It has the dominant ε-Fe3N phase with trigonal-hcp microstructure based on magnetic property approach and simulations of LAMMPS and VESTA.
