<p>Bhakti Kencana University in collaboration with Kutawarinign Village held Community Service through Real Work Lectures (KKN). It is carried out in a hybrid way, namely offline and online with the target community of Kp. Bojong Koneng. Various things are suggested as an effort to increase public understanding regarding Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) prevention of diseases by rodents and the use of herbal plants. Several agendas were carried out, including health promotion in the form of counseling on PHBS and Prevention of Diseases caused by rodents and knowledge about Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). A pretest and post-test were also given to the community with the aim of measuring how far the public's understanding of the material was. Judging from the community's response after the presentation of the material, there was an increase in public knowledge about PHBS prevention of diseases caused by rodents and family medicinal plants.</p>
Mental health is a health problem that occurs both globally and nationally. Psychiatric problems continue to experience a significant increase. Many factors cause recurrence of mental illness patients, including non-compliance with medication. one of the efforts to prevent recurrence is to provide support to patients. Family support is needed in the recovery process for mental patients. The research objective was to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence to ODGJ at the Psychiatry Clinic of dr. Soekardjo City of Tasikmalaya. This type of research is quantitative with correlational analytic method and cross sectional approach. The study population was the family of ODGJ patients in the Psychiatry Clinic of dr. Soekardjo City of Tasikmalaya. A total of 35 people were sampled using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that most of the family support for ODGJ was in the moderate category as many as 22 people (62.9%). Most of the adherence to taking medication in ODGJ was in the adherence category as many as 27 people (77.1%). There is a significant relationship between family support and medication adherence to ODGJ at the Psychiatry Clinic of Dr. Soekardjo Hospital, Tasikmalaya City (p-value 0.004˂ 0.05). Family support has a positive impact on medication adherence to ODGJ.
