The current study aimed to describe the influence of financial literacy on financial inclusion that mediated by financial training. It focused on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Respondents in the study were 54 respondents that were taken from 119 MSMEs in Kupang city, Indonesia. The analysis applied path analysis technique. It was to determine the direct or indirect relationship with SPSS Version 20. Analysis results have shown that financial literacy has got a direct and significant impact on financial inclusion. Its contribution to financial training is 33%. In the other side, the contribution of financial literacy towards inclusion is 32%. Furthermore, financial training has mediated the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion. The presentation is 11%. This phenomenon shows that in the future, it is necessary to increase the frequency of financial training for MSMEs actors in Kupang city, Indonesia. The training has to be conducted to increase financial inclusion in understanding the knowledge of the financial product. Since the current study only examined financial literacy, financial inclusion, and financial training, it is suggested that the future researches may examine other aspects such as transparency, accountability, and quality of financial statements.
This study aims to: 1) find out how the role of social media in selling used clothing online in the city of Kupang; 2) Knowing the factors that influence the sale of used clothing online in the Kupang city. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely by describing and systematically interpreting facts and characteristics appropriately. The subjects in this study were sellers of used clothing online on Facebook and Instagram in the city of Kupang. The method that the author uses in analyzing the data is descriptive qualitative, that is, the analysis is carried out after the data has been collected and then the data is classified into categories on the basis of the similarity of the types of the data are connected with each other so that finally a complete picture will be obtained about problem obtained. The results of data analysis show that the role of social media in selling used clothing online in the city of Kupang is very important where Facebook and Instagram social media have a positive impact on internet network users, which can be seen from the higher level of users of the two social media who use them to promote product sales. Also the factors that influence consumer interest in buying used clothes online are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include work, lifestyle, attitudes and beliefs, motivation. While external factors that influence consumer interest in buying used clothes online are cultural factors, social factors, price, and quality.
Indonesia is a country that is very rich in resources, both natural and human resources. The wealth of our nation is important in building this nation, among others, by utilizing the available resources to make our country more advanced. In reality, the community is still lacking and access to develop their potential is still difficult, their involvement in supporting the economy is not optimal, they have not been able to utilize, manage and develop the potential of natural resources in their village. This study aims to determine the role of village communities in the utilization of local potential and to find the right model for economic empowerment in Besmarak village, Kupang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing and interpreting the facts and characteristics systematically appropriately. The subjects in this study were subdistrict officials, village officials, traditional leaders and village communities. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews and documentation, PRA and FGD. In optimizing the potential of human resources that has been carried out is quite good, this can be seen from the efforts made such as making people aware of their potential, then providing guidance and assistance to the community starting from entrepreneurship training, production skills, and assistance from several parties, the community is given the opportunity to develop what they have got. The purpose of this optimization is from the awareness, capacitating, and empowering stages. It has been going well, from what the community initially ignored and then became an enthusiastic and participating community. In the beginning, many were unemployed and were dominated by people who worked as farmers and farm laborers whose income was uncertain, now almost all of the people worked with enough results to make ends meet. Therefore it is important to build a community self-awareness that every community has the right to enjoy a better life and realizes that where people live, there will also be potential resources available and can be managed properly and used as a support for life. If the community realizes its existence and optimizes it, they have potential that can be developed by being given knowledge, insight, life skills, encouragement, motivation, they will be able to contribute to life and independence for the people of Besmarak village.
Meningkatnya perkembangan internet mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan- perubahan yang mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat, terutama yang berada di kota- kota besar salah satunya di kota Kupang, dimana salah satu perubahan itu adalah tempat berbelanja masyarakat. Mereka tidak lagi hanya berbelanja di toko secara offline tetapi sudah secara online melalui live (siaran) langsung) melalui media social dalam hal ini Facebook. Penjualan pakaian bekas “rombengan” saat ini di Kota Kupang sudah sangat menjamur dan sangat digemari dan fenomena pembelian secara live sangat digemari oleh pembeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendorong pembelian baju bekas “rombengan” melalui media sosial (Facebook) di kota Kupang yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positifbagi para pelaku usaha dalam bidang penjualan baju bekas di Kota Kupang maupun penjualan produk lainnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen pakaian bekas di kota Kupang yaitu Kebutuhan akan pakaian karena alasan pendapatan mereka, pakaian bekas yang dijual bermerek, harga baju bekas yang murah, banyak pilihan pakaian yang tersedia dan kemudahan dalam pembelian.
This study aims to: 1) To determine the empowerment of women in order to improve the family economy through the Women Farmers Group.2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Women Farmers Group in improving the family economy. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were village officials, community leaders, members of KWT (Group of Women Farmers) in Boentuka Village. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely by describing and systematically interpreting facts and characteristics appropriately. This result The results showed that the Women Farmers Group (KWT) of Boentuka village in carrying out their activities using a bottom-up empowerment model, from the community by the community and back to the community. The supporting factors are involvement in social activities, the availability of production facilities, the availability of transportation facilities, work networks and the availability of communication facilities. While the inhibiting factors are the level of education and access to educational facilities that are far away.
