<p>This research aimed to design a device that can monitor heart rate and help nurses or doctors when they need to monitor and retrieve data of patients. By utilizing Android as a displayer makes it easier for nurses to minimize data retrieval time. The principle of the tool is to record the heart rate data received by the ear clip sensor to be processed by the Atmega328 microcontroller, then displayed on the oled LCD and sent to Android phones via HC-05 Bluetooth for display. If the heart rate data is beyond the normal range, the Android application will post a notification in the form of an SMS to the recipient's cellphone. In testing the tool, it uses a comparison device (pulse oximetry) to determine its accuracy. Based on the testing, the heart rate monitoring device had a small error value of 0.32% and had the most substantial error value of 0.81%. The application of the monitoring system in android data can be sent well at a maximum distance of 13 meters, as well as the implementation of telemedicine in the form of a warning (SMS) can work properly.</p>

The decubitus, also known as pressure ulcer, is a wound that occurs due to pressure mainly on the protruding bones due to the patient is lying in bed on long time. This research purpose is to help prevent decubitus sores for immobility patients who are more bedridden during treatment at the hospital. This research module is a special mattress with an automatic pump which is equipped with an air pressure monitoring system on the mattress. The MPX5700 sensor measures mattress pressure. On the module testing, it can be observing that the largest error value on the low setting value measurement that is 2.25 % while the smallest error value on high setting measurement that is 1.84 %. Based on the results of tests and supported by the research, it can be concluded that the decubitus pump module can run well because it is still at the error tolerance threshold at ± 5 %.

Introduction: Central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) and branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) caused sudden visual decrease that most often treatable. This paper aims to describe clinical characteristic and outcome using bevacizumab for macular edema caused by retinal vein occlusion in real-life practice. Methods: This retrospective study included 91 treatment-naïve eyes with macular edema due to CRVO (55 eyes) and BRVO (36 eyes), who were treated with intravitreal bevacizumab (IVB) in pro re nata (PRN) regimen. Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and central macular thickness (CMT) before and after treatment were evaluated. Result: The mean age of patients was 60.3 + 11.2 years for CRVO and 55.7 + 8.2 years for BRVO. The mean baseline BCVA in the CRVO group was 1.41 + 0.55 logMAR. There was statistically significant improvement in BCVA after intravitreal bevacizumab compared to baseline (p < 0.001) in CRVO and BRVO group. Twenty six (47.3%) eyes with CRVO had BCVA > 1.0 logMAR (Snellen 20/200) at the last follow-up. In the BRVO group, the mean baseline BCVA was 0.93 + 0.48 logMAR. At the end of the follow up, 19 eyes (52.8%) with BRVO had BCVA > 0.3 logMAR (Snellen 20/40). There was also statistically significant improvement in CMT between all time points and baseline (p < 0.001) in both groups. At the end of the follow up, 26 (47.3%) eyes with CRVO and 25 eyes (69.4%) in BRVO group presented resolution of macular edema (CMT < 300). Conclusion: Intravitreal bevacizumab resulted in significant anatomical and functional improvement in macular edema associated with CRVO and BRVO, although outcome in CRVO group was sub-optimal.

Chaplin is an American film artist who is smart and sensitive in getting the important moment in his life, which is in 1914 until 1967. Modern Times (1936) was one of the important film beside The Kid (1921), The Great Dictator (1940), and Gold Rush (1925). Modern times choosed distracted the audience by machine terror that was real happened in worker life, than presented drama film in satire. In cultural studies methods, this writing tells about Modern Times film: how was human life in metropolis city, in (1936), who fighted work to stay alive while facing industries machine threats which replaced people slowly in modernity atmosphere. Film selalu menarasikan dan merefleksikan suatu zaman tertentu, khususnya era ketika film itu dibuat. Chaplin adalah seorang seniman film Amerika Serikat yang peka dan cerdas dalam memetik penggalan peristiwa di titik-titik penting kehidupannya, terbentang antara tahun 1914 hingga 1967. Film Modern Times (1936) merupakan salah satu film penting karya Chaplin, selain The Kid (1921), The Great Dictator (1940), dan Gold Rush (1925). Alih- alih menampilkan drama cinta yang satir, Modern Times mendistraksi penontonnya dengan teror mesin yang menjadi kenyataan dan harus dihadapi oleh para manusia pekerja.
