This study aims to determine the determinant of customer satisfaction and loyalty implications for users of mobile banking. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses of the study and use the software AMOS 5.0 and SPSS 20.0. The population in this study are the mobile banking users in seven banks in Palembang City; Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, Bank Danamon, Bank BCA, Bank Mega and Bank Permata. The research sample consist of 250 respondents to the provisions of the election to the mobile banking users. The results showed that the service quality, perceived value, trust and customer satisfaction has a strong effect on customer loyalty. Service quality have significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Perceived of value have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Trust have significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality have significant effect on customer loyalty. Perceived of value have significant effect on customer loyalty. Trust have significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction have significant effect on customer loyalty. Banks should build strong relationships with customers and provide better service quality to reduce the behavior of customers to switch to another bank service.
This study discusses the infusion detection device in a hospital room. This tool is designed to help hospital nurses to cope more quickly to avoid problems due to the infusion. Load cell sensors are used as heavy detectors that send notifications to the nurses through the telegram application that has been installed. The nurse will get a notification message sent to the telegram if the sensor has read the weight. The tool is made using a load cell sensor and NodeMCU Wi-FiESP866 which functions to send notification of the results of sensor data input to the Internet of Things (IOT) platform namely Telegram. Nurses need to be connected to the internet network to get notifications on the telegram. Test results show that the time needed to send and receive notifications on Telegram takes about 2-5 seconds. The message will be sent 3 times, first the infusion WARNING is almost exhausted (alert), second the infusion WARNING is almost exhausted (standby) and the infusion WARNING is almost exhausted (please replace). If the infusion is not replaced by the nurse, it will be warned by Buzzer. However, time can be influenced by the available internet network connectivity. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, income and lifestyle on financial management behaviour during a pandemic. This type of research is quantitative research and the data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is member of Koperasi Pesat in Sumbang and Baturraden Districts, using a sample of 47 respondents. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression method. The results of the study partially show that variable income have a signifficant positive effect on financial management behaviour. While variable financial literacy and lifestyle insignificant effect on financial management behavior.
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction at PT FIFGROUP Jember Branch. The population in this study were consumers of PT FIFGROUP Jember Branch, amounting to 80 consumers who were used as respondents. The analytical model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially product quality and service quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction, while the company image had no effect on consumer satisfaction. And simultaneously the three independent variables (product quality, service quality and company image) affect variable Y (customer satisfaction) PT FIFGROUP Jember Branch.
