The research was carried out in October-November 2020 in the waters of the Pangkep Regency. The data collected consisted of primary and secondary data, using direct observation in the field. Tidal observations were carried out in every moon phase for 2 x 24 hours. I collected data on the type and number of catches in each month’s phase. Tidal analysis using the criminal method and descriptive analysis of the types and quantities of trap net fish production (kg) and (Rp). The full moon phase is the highest tide at 185 cm and the lowest at 42 cm. The average sea level (mean sea level) is 113.5 cm. Types of trap net catch based on the moon phase in the waters of Sergei District, Pangkep Regency, identified 13 types of catches. The highest amount of fish production was obtained by the full moon phase of 100 kg, followed by the 80 kg dead moon phase, 95 kg early quarter moon, and 65 kg final quarter moon phase.
Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 71/PERMEN.KP/2016 concerning Fishing Paths and Placement of Fishing Equipment in the Fisheries Management Area of the Republic of Indonesia in article 22 paragraph (1) that the placement of fishing gear and fishing aids in WPP RI is adjusted to the nature of fishing gear. Referring to these regulations, this research was conducted to examine the main factors causing the ignorance of the purse seine fishing zone for fishermen in Panyula Village, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. This research was conducted from November 2016 to March 2017 in Panyula Village, which is the fishing base area of purse seine fishermen and the waters of Bone Bay. This study uses a combination of survey and case study methods. This study uses two types, namely primary data and secondary data.The analysis of the factors causing the non-conformance was analyzed descriptively, namely comparing the average productivity of ring seines that catch in the designated zone and ring seines that catch in zones that are not according to their designation according to Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation Number 71 of 2016. After the study, the main cause of non-compliance with the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 71 of 2016 is the high productivity of ring trawl units that carry out fishing on non-designated fishing lanes compared to ring trawl units that catch on correct fishing routes.
Ships are a means of transportation used by humans to carry cargo (goods or passengers) from one place to another in an area of water and are built in accordance with their respective interests. The purpose of this study was to determine the methods and stages of introduction of fishing vessel design. The usefulness is to add insight to be developed in the world of marine and fisheries. This research was conducted on June 27 to August 1, 2019 with a period of 36 days located in the Center for Fishing (BBPI) Semarang. The method used is primary and secondary data collection including direct observation at the research location and literature study as a complement to the data. In the fishing boat design method, the stages include: the comparative ship method, the statistical method, the iteration method, and the method of complex solution while the fishing boat design stage includes the design of the technical aspects, the estimated cost of building the ship, and the design of the financial aspects of the ship's operations.
Sampah menjadi salah satu permasalahan kompleks yang dihadapi oleh suatu daerah yang berada dekat pantai atau pesisir yang memiliki beberapa sungai yang bermuara ke laut. Sampah laut khususnya sampah jenis anorganik (undergradable) merupakan musuh utama yang semakin lama jumlahnya tidak berkurang dan cenderung diabaikan keberadaannya. Dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh sampah jenis ini dapat mengancam kelangsungan dan keberlanjutan hidup biota yang terdapat di perairan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah, jenis, massa, dan kepadatan sampah laut anorganik yang ada di perairan Pulau Lae-Lae Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2019 di Pulau Lae-Lae. Metode pengambilan sampah dilakukan di tiga stasiun, di mana stasiun I berada pada bagian Utara, stasiun II berada pada bagian Barat dan stasiun III pada bagian Selatan Pulau Lae-Lae. Di dalam sebuah transek yang dibentangkan mengikuti garis pantai lalu dibagi menjadi 3 plot pada setiap stasiun dengan ukuran 50m x 20m. Kemudian mengumpulkan setiap jenis sampah yang terdapat pada plot. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan, menunjukkan bahwa sampah plastik lunak jenis sedotan yang paling banyak ditemukan di setiap stasiun penelitian. Massa total sampah yang didapatkan di Pulau Lae-Lae yaitu 65,64 kg/0,003 km2 dan rata-rata kepadatan sampah di Pulau Lae-Lae menurut jumlah potongan sebesar 1,82 item/m2 dan untuk rata-rata kepadatan menurut berat sebesar 21,87 g/m2.
Potensi sumberdaya wilayah dan laut Kabupaten Pangkep cukup melimpah, diantaranya ikan-ikan yang melakukan ruaya ke pantai saat pasang air laut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di perairan Kabupaten Pangkep. Data dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, menggunakan metode observasi langsung di lapangan. Pengukuran pasang surut dilakukan setiap fase bulan selama 24 jam. untuk 4 fase bulan. Produksi hasil tangkapan dikumpulkan berdasarkan fase bulan, dengan nilai hasil tangkapan yang didasarkan pada harga local setiap setiap fase bulan. Analisis pasang surut menggunakan metode adriminalty dan analisis kuantitatif terhadap nilai produksi ikan hasil tangkapan trap net (Rp). Hasil analisis yang dilakukan, ditetapkan nilai pasang surut, pada fase bulan mati mengalami pasang tertinggi 162 cm dan surut terendah 59 cm, nilai mean sea level 110,5 cm. Fase bulan seperempat awal pasang tinggi 115 cm dan surut terendah 23 cm nilai mean sea level 69 cm. Fase bulan purnama pasang tertinggi 185 cm surut terendah 42 cm, nilai mean sea level 113,5 cm dan fase bulan seperempat akhir pasang tertinggi 149 cm dan surut terendah 40 cm nilai mean sea level 94,5 cm. Nilai produksi dari hasil alat tangkap trap net terrtinggi fase bulan purnama, disusul fase bulan mati, fase bulan seperempat akhir dan fase bulan seperempat awal.
