This study aims to describe the correlation between student interest and activity with learning outcomes in thematic learning in class III SDN 16 Pontianak City. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all students of class IIIA, amounting to 22 students. Data collection techniques in this study are direct observation techniques, indirect observations and documentary studies. The data collection instruments used were questionnaires and documentation of daily test scores of subthemes 1,2, and 3 themes 2. The results showed that interest in learning in class IIIA SDN 16 Pontianak City was 87.06% in the "Very Good" category, Student learning activity was 89.35% in the "Very Good" category, and student learning outcomes on the average daily test score of 73.76 were included in the "Good Enough" category. Based on the results of statistical calculations calculated using the double correlation formula, the correlation between student interest and activity with learning outcomes obtained rcount of 0.327, while rtable of 0.423 which means rcount < rtable or (0.327 < 0.423). Based on the results of this study, the relationship between students' interest and activity with learning outcomes in class III thematic learning at SDN 16 Pontianak City is in the low category so it is considered uncorrelated.
Abstrak: Bahan ajar perlu dikembangkan untuk membantu guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas dari pengembangan bahan ajar tematik berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil penilaian produk oleh validator. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari saran, catatan oleh validator. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan tingkat validitas bahan ajar dengan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) validasi ahli desain bahan ajar memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,77 dengan kriteria “sangat valid”, (2) validasi ahli pembelajaran bahan ajar memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,62 dengan kriteria “sangat valid”, (3) validasi ahli kebahasaan bahan ajar memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,85 dengan kriteria “sangat valid”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) pada pembelajaran tematik tema 6 subtema 3 kelas IV layak diuji coba kepada siswa dan guru.Abstract: Teaching materials need to be developed to assist teachers’ and students’ learning process. This study aims to measure the level of validity of the development of thematic teaching materials based on Project-based Learning (PjBL) for fourth grade elementary school students. A research and development design (R&D) was selected, using the ADDIE model. While quantitative data were obtained from the expert validation results, qualitative data were obtained from validators’ feedback. Interview protocols, questionnaires, and documentation were used to obtain the data. The results of this study regarding the level of validity of the teaching materials showed that (1) the expert validation of teaching materials design obtained an average value 4.77 with the criterion "very valid"; (2) the expert validation of teaching materials learning obtained an average value 4.62 with the criterion "very valid"; and (3) the linguistic expert validation of teaching materials obtained an average value 4.85 with the criterion "very valid". Hence, it can be concluded that the teaching materials based on Project-based Learning (PjBL) in thematic learning for fourth grade elementary school students could be piloted to the teachers and students.
This study aims to describe the use of spelling and punctuation errors that are high, medium, and low in narrative essays associated with the attitude of responsibility in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 30 Pontianak Selatan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes for stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of responsibility based on the error rate, namely at high errors because students did not understand the use of proper spelling and punctuation, for moderate errors because there were students who did not pay attention to the use of spelling and punctuation. Correct in composing, and far low errors, students already know the use of proper spelling and punctuation, but there are still few errors found, and it is associated with an attitude of responsibility based on the error rate, student with high, medium, and low error rates for their attitudes it’s all good.
Devotion to The Society aims to provide understanding and improvement of skills in creating interactive materials using Macromedia Flash 8. The method of activities implemented is in the form of direct practice of creating interactive materials using Macromedia Flash 8 with competent instructors with training materials and to provide direct experience to participants consisting of 21 teachers of members of the Pontianak City ICT Teachers Working Group. After completing the training of interactive learning materials using Macromedia Flash 8, 21 participants already understand and skillful in making flowchart, Scene, and Frame. Meanwhile, to understand and skilled in making Action Script only 11 people only, it is anticipated by the resource by providing action script file directly to participants who have not understood. At the end of the training session, the instructor checks the results of making interactive teaching materials from each participant. Of the 21 participants who successfully completed the teaching materials are only 17 people, from 17 people are only 10 people whose teaching materials can be used, while the 7 people there is a mistake in writing Action Script it. The training of interactive instructional materials using Macromedia Flas 8 is necessary for teachers in elementary schools as it is very useful to improve the competencies needed to address the challenges of the education world in today's information age. The use of Macromedia Flash 8 in evaluating the success of a learning process will increase the excitement of learning for students because more interesting and challenging can also improve the students' thinking process skills.
Abstrak : This study aims to determine whether or not there is a correlation between student interest in learning and student learning outcomes in thematic learning in the fourth grade of the Pontianak Mujahidin Elementary School. The research method used is the expost facto method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 174 students and the sample used was 52 students. Data collection techniques in this study are indirect communication techniques and documentary study techniques. The instrument (data collection tool) in this study was in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) and learning outcomes document for theme 4. The results showed that 77.67% of students' interest in learning at Mujahidin Elementary School in Pontianak was in the "Good" category. While the learning outcomes of Pontianak Mujahidin Elementary School students obtained an average of 83.54 in the "Good" category. Based on the results of statistical calculations using multiple correlations calculated using SPSS 26 to calculate the correlation between interest in learning and student learning outcomes, it is obtained that rcount is 0.163, while rtable for N = 52 and 5% significance level of 0.273 means rcount < rtable or 0.163 < 0.273. Based on the results of the study, there is a correlation between interest in learning and student learning outcomes, but it is included in a very low correlation so that it is considered that there is no correlation between interest in learning and student learning outcomes in thematic learning in class IV Mujahidin Elementary School Pontianak and is included in the very low category.
