The powerlessness of mosque managers in developing creativity and innovation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in the use of information technology, requires understanding, especially the demands of the community who request that mosques can return to exist in response to the public's longing for the need as a more effective place of worship and da'wah. The broadcasting industry as part of the mass media industry has an important role in contributing to the process of empowering communities affected by the pandemic from various sectors of life, including the religious or religious life sector. The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this research is how the appropriate empowerment program strategy by the local broadcasting industry can be a model of empowerment as well as a reference for the broadcasting industry in Indonesia in making similar empowerment programs in the field of da'wah that can be carried out in places of worship or institutions affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This research employed empowerment theory as well as corporate social responsibility theory. This qualitative research is a case study involving a number of informants from broadcasting institutions, mosque administrators, and the Indonesian Ulema Council of Central Java with data analysis techniques through ATLAS.ti software. The software organized, coded, and analyzed the primary research data obtained from interview transcripts. The results of the study indicate that there is a link between People Power and Empowering, namely the importance of the role of the Cyber Army and Empowering Society (prosumer/being both subject and object) resulting from the empowerment program by Television of Udinus Campus for the Great Mosque of Central Java managers. That TVKU as part of the broadcasting industry contributes to the process of social transformation as well as the transformation from conventional da'wah to digital da'wah that produces will, awareness, intelligence, empowerment, progress, and welfare for MAJT managers in increasing innovative da'wah content during the covid 19 pandemic.
AbstrakFungsi masjid tidak hanya sebagai tempat ibadah namun juga center of excellent pembangunan umat melalui konsep pendidikan dakwah modern yang diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana seharusnya pengurus masjid melibatkan remaja masjid sebagai bagian dari pengembangan dakwah modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bentuk partisipasi dan keterlibatan remaja masjid di Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah dalam membuat inovasi program dakwah modern melalui sentuhan broadcasting. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori difusi inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan para remaja masjid yang menjadi bagian dari crew MAJT TV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi remaja masjid dalam proses difusi inovasi pengembangan model dakwah modern di Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah mampu menunjukkan hasil efektif dalam upaya pengembangan dakwah konvensional menjadi dakwah digital. Ruang usulan dari remaja masjid kepada pengurus masjid dalam konteks pengembangan konten masih menjadi persoalan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan penelitian mengenai pengembangan model dakwah modern melalui kemitraan dakwah dalam sudut pandang pemberdayaan. Perkembangan pesat teknologi robotika di Indonesia sangat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat banyaknya sektor indutri yang lebih memilih berinvestasi pada mesin (robot) untuk meningkatkan jumlah produktifitas. Baik skala industri besar maupun UMKM telah banyak mengimplementasikan robot dalam proses produksi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut karena robot terbukti lebih efisien serta mudah dikendalikan. Perkembangan robot juga dikombinasikan dengan machine learning atau IoT pada industri 4.0 berdampak pada kemampuan robot yang menjadi lebih luas. Aspek tersebut bahkan semakin nyata bahwa robot dapat berkerja selayaknya manusia. Peran robot dalam dunia industri utamanya adalah untuk proses otomasi, efisiensi, keamanan, serta peningkatan produktifitas. Kemunculan robot ikut memicu hilangnya lapangan pekerjaan manusia, namun disisi lain membuka peluang lapangan pekerjaan tentang dunia robotika. Urgensi dan benefit yang didapat apabila kita berperan aktif dalam teknologi robotika adalah kita tidak hanya dijadikan pasar, namun sebagai inventor maupun developer. SMA KOLESE LOYOLA Semarang merupakan salah satu SMA unggulan di kota Semarang. Dalam penyelenggaran Pendidikan tingkat SMA, sekolah mencoba memfasilitasi para siswa/siswi untuk berperan dalam perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu yang menjadi perhatian adalah dalam bidang teknologi robotika. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dalam upaya sekolahan untuk membentuk ekstrakulikuler robotika yang ditawarkan kepada para siswa/siswi. Tujuan dari adanya ekstrakulikuler tersebut adalah menumbuhkan minat kepada siswa/siswi terkait teknologi robotika. Metode yang dilakukan dalam menumbuhkan minat tentang dunia robotik untuk persiapan pembentuka ekstrakulikuler yaitu: Workshop Pengenalan Robotika, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan modul pembelajaran, dan melakukan pendampingan dalam kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Dari pelaksanaan tersebut jumlah siswa yang mendaftar pada ekstrakulikuler robotika sebanyak 35 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa kelas 10 dan 11.

The spread of the COVID-19 virus can be done through money transactions that have previously been used by people infected by the virus. This is because COVID-19 virus can survive for more than 72 hours. To prevent this, it is necessary to sterilize so that the virus in the money can be neutralized. The technology that can be used for disinfection in this tool is Ultra Violet (UV) light and Ozone Generator. Many studies have shown that UV rays and ozone gas (O3) are able to kill viruses that are on the surface of objects. The ability of UV rays and ozone gas (O3) can kill viruses in money because UV rays and ozone gas (O3) have radiation that is quite harsh, so that if exposed to human skin continuously it can cause damage to skin tissue. In this study, to overcome this problem, a device that is automatically able to carry out the disinfection process in the room is made by utilizing UV light. Infaq Sterilization Box with UV and Ozone (BIUZ) can kill viruses in money, it is also easy to operate and safe. The size of the tool made is adjusted to the object or partner of the research activity, namely the Central Java Great Mosque Manager (PP MAJT). The need for partners is that the tool is able to carry out the sterilization process of infaq money provided by the congregation, both in the form of paper and coins effectively.
