Learning in high schools has used a lot of smartphone assistance to make it easier for students to understand the material explained by the teacher. However, with the many uses of smartphones in learning, of course, it must provide positive benefits to the ability of students, especially the science literacy ability. In this study, the objectives to be achieved are to examine how much the smartphone's usability in physics learning, examine students' science literacy and examine the effect of the smartphone’s usability on students' science literacy in physics learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a research design used is a one-shot case study. The data on smartphone usability is obtained using a questionnaire, and science literacy of students is obtained through on physics science literacy test. The results of this study indicate that the smartphones usability and students' science literacy in physics learning are respectively in the high and medium categories with a respective percentage of 57.20% and 36.36%. The students' science literacy is influenced by the smartphone's usability in physics learning by 34.30%. These results indicate that smartphone usability by most students is very high, but has not been able to contribute optimally to students' science literacy. Therefore, special treatment is needed in utilizing the use of smartphones in physics learning so that students' science literacy can be optimized.

This study aims to determine how Islamic parenting is applied to special intelligent and gifted children. A special intelligent child is a child who has intelligence above the average of his peers. They are children who have high independence, have self-taught behavior, cannot be detected by other people and can create ideas spontaneously. Special intelligent children have intelligence above 130 (Waschler scale), they have high-order thinking patterns and cannot be equated with their peers who only have normal intelligence. The pattern of education and parenting applied by parents to their children can use various methods that have been taught by the Prophet in Islamic religious teachings. These methods include modeling methods and noble ethics, situational and conditional methods, questioning methods, analogical methods, and dialogical interaction methods. This research was conducted to provide information about proper parenting in Islam through the methods taught by the Prophet.
This research aims to make simple modeling of the crystal structure of carbon tetrachloride, diamond, and fullerenes using molymod. The method used is a descriptive quantitative with the research stages including the selection, making, and testing the feasibility of crystal structure. The feasibility of the crystal structure was assessed using a product feasibility test sheet and analyzed using the ideal standard mean equation. The development of a crystal structure model was carried out using a simple and easy method to obtain equipment in the form of molymod. The results of this research indicate that the crystal structure of carbon tetrachloride, diamond, and fullerenes can be interpreted significantly and easily with the help of molymod. The simple model of the crystal structure is also suitable for use as a physics learning medium that can help students understand abstract crystal structure material.
The research aims to report the improvement of the kindergarten students’ communication skill by implementing the chatting technique. This study is a collaborative action research. The subjects are group A kindergarten students at TK Aisyiyah 1 Sawahan. The data is collected by field notes then analyzed with comparative analysis and interactive techniques. Performance indicators for this research are the average child reaches the ability to communicate for (1) 50% in the first cycle, (2) 60% in the second cycle, and (3) 75% in the third cycle. This study was conducted in three cycles and each cycle consists of: (1) Planning, (2) Acting, (3) Observing and (4) Reflecting. The result of this research indicated that chatting technique can improve the communication skill of group A kindergarten students in TK Aisyiyah 1 Sawahan, as teachers doing some reflections, the process of learning activities focused on students, and students were actively involved in the activities. The percentage of students communication skill before the action was less than 25%, the percentage of students' ability to communicate after the action on the first cycle increased to 43.75%, in the second cycle increased to 75%, in the third cycle increased to 93.75%.Keywords: chatting technique, communication skill, Group A kindergarten students
This article discussed a study conducted as an effort to overcome problems experienced by blind people in pronouncing makhārijul ḥurūf, which was due to the lack of adequate learning media to describe the position of the tongue, in learning to read the Qur'an. The study was conducted using a classroom action research (CAR), which involved the preparation of three-dimensional learning media in the form of hand sign-language system. Teaching using the hand sign language system was proven to help blind people in mastering the makhārijul ḥurūf in learning to read the Qur'an correctly.
