The people of Iroyudan have organize the Jati Larangan and Sengon areas so that their function is no longer limited to being an area that has cultural historical value, but also has economic value by making it a tourist attraction. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The theoretical basis used is the ASEAN standard community-based tourism management concept. The management of tourism through two existing tourist objects, namely Jati Larangan and Taman Sengon, has shown a fairly massive community involvement starting from planning, development, to its current management. The community is also consciously willing to prioritize common interests over individual interests. Tourism activities in Iroyudan to be well organized, so that people can begin to feel the benefits of tourism activities in their hamlet.
The rural tourist attraction of Malangan, Sumberayu Moyudan, is one of the tourist rural destination in the Yogyakarta Regency which is also affected by the rampant development of rural-based tourism products. Although this tourist village has received special interest from tourists, it does not mean that every tourist village can survive and present tourism products that can continue to attract tourists to come. In that case, strategic action is needed in destination destinations, such as observations, observing all aspects related to destination sustainability. This is due to the increasing number of tourist villages in an area, there will be many competitors or competitors, as a result, there will be fierce competition or even unhealthy competition between tourism village managers. This research was conducted to answer the challenge of the importance of management that is right on target at the destination, while still paying attention to the principles of the existence of a tourist village built using a SWOT analysis. The result of this research is to present a destination management strategy based on an analysis of external and internal factors, which includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each category.
Jati Larangan and Sengon Park are an example of community innovation in Iroyudan, Guwosari Village, Pajangan District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, in a joint effort to create a more prosperous society, through the development of tourism activities. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, namely research that aims to make a systematic, factual and accurate description of a social or natural phenomenon, by collecting data, then analyzing it with elaborative explanations. The characteristics of tourists in Jati Larangan and Sengon Park are relatively supportive of efforts to restore economic in the tourism activity during the current pandemic, where people's activities and mobility are limited to certain areas around them. The location of Jati Larangan and Sengon Park, which are in a large open area, has resulted in no clash between site conditions and regulations in the government's effort to reduce the rate of transmission of the covid-19 pandemic.
