Cloud computing is one of the incredible technology which enable the new vision for IT industry. Nowadays, it has become a strong alternative for startup large as well as small scale organizations that only use the resources which actually required based on pay as per use. As Cloud Computing is growing continuously and clients from different parts of the world are demanding for the various services and better outcomes, the load balancing has become the challenge for the cloud provider. To accurately manage the available resources of the different cloud provider, resources have to be properly selected according to the properties of task. Many algorithms have been proposed to provide efficient mechanisms and assigning the client's requests to available cloud nodes and aim to enhance the overall performance of the cloud and provide more satisfaction to user and efficient services. Initially this paper gives an introduction to cloud computing and load balancing. A detailed survey on different load balancing policy in cloud analyst, their advantages and drawback with obtainable solution and learn how to add new policy or customize existing load balancing policy.
Cloud computing is one of the most promising computing field, which has given the new vision to the computing field. Cloud computing has opened a door as a new model for hosting and delivering services over the Internet. The main aim of cloud computing is to provide the resources as a services to the client. The new concept of Federated Cloud Computing in which multiple datacenters are distributed over different regions. Since the evolution of Cloud Computing: load balancing, energy management, VM migration, brokerage policies, cost modelling and security issues are popular research topics in the field. Deployment of real cloud environment for testing or for commercial use is very costly. Cloud simulators help to model various cloud applications and it is very easy to analyse. In this survey, two cloud simulators: CloudSim and CloudAnalyst, with their overview are presented so it can be easily decided which one is suitable for particular research topic. And also the survey on the service broker policy, its issues and available solutions are presented. Because there is always been the requirement to select appropriate datacenter so that further tasks for processing the request should be carried out with efficiency in least response time. So the issue of selecting appropriate datacenter which is known as service broker policy is kind of important.
In recent times cloud computing is transpiring as a new model for hosting and delivering user services through internet media. Cloud computing offers computing resources in the form of Virtual Machines (VMs) on demand and payment are made on the basis of the amount of resources used by user application.These unique feature attracted more number of users to host their requirements on Cloud Provider which has increased number of VM in data centers. This creates an issue of proper management of VM such that resources are efficiently utilized. Efficient utilization of resources has realized VM Consolidation which leads to efficient management of VM on as few hosts as possible, switching idle hosts (physical machines) into a power saving mode. Noteworthy research have been done in the area of efficient VM consolidation to reduce power utilization. VM migration is powerful utility to achieve VM Consolidation. But VM migration involves cost of Bandwidth and Resources between two machines. It leads to tradeoff between energy utilized in migration vs energy utilized during workload. Our solution in this paper describes how to reduce trade off by efficiently migrating VM to proper Machine i.e. number of migration can be reduced. This paper describes the designing and implementation of a dual operating system wall mirror, called “Allure Mirror”. It is a device that can act as a mirror as well as a dual -OS immersive display which can display time, date, weather, news, can play video (via. YouTube, Prime Video, Netflix, etc.), can do video calls, use social media, check mails, can help in fitness and many more. Voice instructions can be used to communicate with it. The Allure Mirror includes features such as real-time data and information alerts, voice orders, content viewing via LCD display, microphone, and webcam, and more. Voice instructions can be used to communicate with the Allure mirror.
