Cocoa is one of the plantation crops that has high economic value besides it can also provide a large contribution so that it can increase the source of foreign exchange in Indonesia. This expert system is made for Android device users. In 2010 Indonesia succeeded in occupying the number three position after Ghana and Ivory Coast as the largest cocoa producer in the world. But the amount of cocoa production in West Sumatra has decreased due to a lack of knowledge of farmers in caring for and cultivating it. This is the background of this research, where this expert system uses the Forward Chaining method as a symptom search method that has been included as a tracking algorithm for each rule that has been set. So that it can produce an expert system for diagnosing cocoa plants that are right for farmers. When conducting a consultation, the user can answer Yes or No from the question given by the system. User answers are then processed based on rules and calculated using the forward chaining method. Testing is done to see if the system can run well as expected.

Hal ini disebabkan karena kegiatan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang masih traditional. Tidak adanya pemasaran yang terorganisasi secara baik, Banyak Pelaku industri developer yang melakukan pemasaran dan menyimpan data konsumen secara konvensional. Dalam Penelitian ini akan dibangun suatu aplikasi Customer Relationship Manajemen untuk pemasaran. Hubungan dengan konsumen akan dilakukan dengan suatu media web dengan berbagai fasilitas CRM. Sehingga konsumen akan nyaman dalam update informasi.</p>

Artificial intelligence is transferring the intelligence possessed by humans into a computer machine so that it is able to behave which is considered as intelligent as human abilities. An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that transfers the expertise of an expert into a system so that it can imitate the way of thinking of an expert in solving a problem. This expert system application produces output in the form of the best value for selecting the right pesticide based on the criteria inputted by the user and produces conclusions in the form of the best pesticide decision results based on the results of system analysis. The method used in this expert system is the weighted product method which was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.
