<p>The papers aims to determine how the process of procurement of library materials in the library of the University of Sari Mutiara Indonesia. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews. The results showed as follows: (1) The procurement of library materials in the library-Indonesian USM adapted to the needs of the academic community. (2) System procurement of library materials used by USM library-Indonesia is the purchase, gift or donation and its own publications. (3) System procurement of library materials that are often used by the USM-Indonesian library is oriented to the needs of purchase for USM-Indonesian academicians. Recommendations USM-Indonesian library should make a written procurement policy of library materials as a basis for procurement of library materials in the library USM-Indonesia.</p><p>Keywords: collection development, acquissition</p>

Social media not only makes the user a communicator but can move public space. Social<br />media becomes a forum where fellow users are related and have their own constructions.<br />At this stage social media presents the wearer both individually and in groups. Currently<br />in public spaces, hijab has become an increasingly common sight. Almost no place,<br />circle or institution is not touched by the hijab. The spread of the use of hijab as a<br />fashion trend among young people today is dominated by figures from Dian Pelangi and<br />the Hijabers Community. Hijabers Community, has constructed the meaning of hijab<br />according to their own. There is a shift in the meaning of the veil itself. Headscarves<br />of the past and present have different meanings. In the past wearing a headscarf was<br />a symbol of women’s obedience to the teachings of their religion, while now wearing a<br />headscarf became a lifestyle pattern. Muslim fashion is undergoing a very rapid change<br />and the presence of models that are good looking, stylish, and fashionable. This Hijabers<br />phenomenon can not be separated from the use of social media, namely Instagram as a<br />virtual public space. Through the instagram of Muslim women today the dialogue is their<br />identity through their appearance. Appearances on Instagram contribute to interpreting<br />the discourse about beautiful concepts by Muslim women. Through an existing Instagram<br />account, it becomes a space to show someone in the virtual world. Archives are written records both in the form of pictures and charts which contain information about a subject (subject matter) or events that people make to help people's memory (that) too. The function of an archive is as a memory for a company or individual, as evidence, for human safety, and so on. Records management in an organization is very important, considering that archives are one of the evidences in an activity that has occurred. Therefore, archive management activities must always be maintained. Various information relating to organizational development and operational activities is always maintained by maintaining organizational records. Given the importance of archives, it is necessary to make efforts to improve and perfect the archive system optimally so that it can run well, efficiently and effectively. This activity aims to improve the skills of participants who are administrative employees of the Rolando Marpaung & Partner Law Office in storing and protecting records properly. The scope of this activity was carried out at the Law Office of Rolando Marpaung & Partners with all 6 (six) administrative employees participating. The results of this assistance show that based on the results of the questionnaire given to the participants, the success rate was stated to be 100%. The conclusions of this activity are (1) The implementation of this community service went smoothly according to the expectations of the community service implementation team, (2) The participants felt that this community service activity was useful, because the participants were aware of the importance of managing records for the survival of an organization, (3) The participants' responses to the community service activities carried out stated that the delivery of the material was good and the participants understood the explanations given. This is shown by the interactive atmosphere between the participants and the service team and (4) With the assistance of archive management, it facilitates the process of storing, organizing and retrieving archives.

The purpose of this study is to determine, in part and simultaneously, the effects of economic literacy and internal control on the entrepreneurial interest satisfaction of students in Class XII of Private Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Mulia Medan. The study population consisted of 37 class XII students from Private Vocational High School 2 Muria Medan. The sample for this survey consisted of 37 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The analytical methods used are instrumental testing, classical hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing, certainty testing, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) based on subtests (t-tests), financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest among students in Class XII of Private Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Mulia Medan, (2) a subtest-based (t-test) Internal Locus of Control, and (3) a simultaneous test of economic literacy (F-Test) and, based on the Internal Locus of Control, between private class XII students and interested in entrepreneurship at the same time.
