Halal certification does not only mean not only the food served halal but also the entire process must be halal as well. Therefore, Halal certification is important in the aspect of Indonesian and Malaysian food industry especially in the Halal Restaurant. This study objective is to understand the influence of Restaurant’s attribute Restaurant and extrinsic on consumer’s attitude and subscribing of the Halal Restaurant from Malaysian and Indonesian consumers. In addition, this study expecting the result comparison between Bogor and Kota Kinabalu respondent. This study used 200 respondents in total; each city received half of the targeted number of respondents. This study used quantitative method to reach respondents; they are Muslims who wanted to consume Halal food and beverages. The result shows that, among Muslims, we found the different perception towards subscribing Halal Restaurant , we considered that Bogor respondents only give attention in Restaurant service quality attributes when they are subscribing Halal Restaurant Meanwhile, this study found that Kota Kinabalu respondents are very consider about quality, value, and risk. The point of this result is even they are same religion; they still have different perspective and perception.

This research objective is to investigate the influence of the Halal dimension on subscribing Halal restaurants. This research objective is to investigate the influence of the Halal dimension on subscribing to Halal restaurants. This research method was using a questionnaire spread to 169 respondents in the Central Jakarta area in Cempaka Putih. The purposive sampling especially for Muslims was an absolute condition to become this research sample. The result shows that interesting result that Muslims in Jakarta, which are we expecting these results are representing the majority of the population, evidently our respondents are not paying attention to the Halal process before they visit a restaurant, which is one of the process processes is animal slaughtering process. An explanation of the relationship between Halal certification and subscribing. Halal restaurants have a significant relationship. apart from the regression results, the results of the T test have explained that the existence of Halal certification is very important. Also, Halal accreditation and their awareness need to be improved, there isnot significant toward subscribing noto Halal restaurants. The main part is religiosity which is a very strong religious status for Muslims; this is one of the reasons why Muslims always subscribe to restaurants because they believe wherever there is a religious status that is still firmly held.
Mitra dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah Petani Jambu kristal di Desa Bantar Sari Kabupatern Bogor, UMKM di Desa Bantar Sari berupaya memajukan usaha jambu kristal menjadi usaha yang maju untuk kedepannya dengan memberikan brand dan packing kepada usaha jambu kristal dan memasarkan secara digital serta bagaimana mengolah sampah jambu kristal menjadi eco enzim bagi para UMMK. Metode pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari PKM ini adalah adanya brand dan packing untuk produk jambu kristal, serta bagaimana mengolah limbah dari jambu kristal menjadi produk yang mempunyai nilai tambah atau lebih dikenal dengan eco enzim. Selain melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan para mitra juga diberikan pelatihan untuk memaksimalkan daun jambu kristal. Di dalam buah jambu kristal terkandung vitamin c sebagai antioksidan yang mampu mencegah penuaan dan potasium untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Sedangkan dalam daunnya terdapat polifenol sebagai penurun gula darah dan antioksidan serta adanya tani untuk mencegah diare. Tidak hanya buah jambu kristal saja yang bisa diolah menjadi berbagai banyak olahan tetapi juga daun dari jambu kristal tersebut juga bisa di proses untuk pembuatan teh jambu kristal. Pada dasarnya serupa dengan pengolahan teh ocha yang merupakan teh khas di Jepang. Salah satunya adalah pemijatan daun agar jaringannya pecah sehingga aromanya muncul. Pada tahap akhir pengolahan, teh bisa dijemur maupun disangrai.
