The bleaching process is critical to improving the colour, flavour, taste, and stability of the final oil products of palm oil. The bleaching process uses bleaching earth (BE), which after several cycles, becomes a waste called Spent Bleaching Earth (SBE). Impurities cover the surface of SBE from the purification process. Regeneration by utilizing acid can increase the absorption capacity of SBE. The purpose of this research is to obtain the optimal combination of nitric acid concentration and heating temperature in the regeneration process of SBE. Response Surface Method (RSM) with Central Composite Design (CCD) was employed, using two factors of concentration of nitric acid and the heating temperature. The responses analysed in this research include colour, absorption efficiency, and yield. The obtained optimum condition in the treatment was found in the concentration of nitric acid (0.75 M) and a heating temperature of 430.8°C. The results of this research indicated colour absorption efficiency of 95.7557%, the yield of 52.4846%. The verified optimal solution obtained was 94.68% of absorption efficiency and 51.43% of yield. The Regenerated Spent Bleaching Earth (RSBE) optimum conditions compared to BE. The colour absorption efficiency utilizing BE was 96.77%, 2% higher than that of RSBE at 94.68%. The value of RSBE colour absorption efficiency in optimum conditions similar to that of the BE.
Successful of ERP system adoption in the company is one of the keys for the continuity of the company's business. Since a lot of financials, time and human resources are invested on ERP adoption, there must be an evaluation of ERP system to assess whether the ERP system adoption is successful or not. Some models have been developed by some researchers to assess the evaluation of ERP success. Each model has important factors used to assess the success of ERP. This study analyzes several factors that measure ERP success derived from several ERP success models to identify the important degree of each factor. The method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the assessment data obtained from 3 experts who have the competence and experience regarding ERP system. The results of this study found that the benefit of use, organizational impact, and user satisfaction are the 3 main subfactors with the highest important degree values.

A comprehensive planning document that is written in the IT Master Plan has the purpose of addressing the company's need and guiding the implementation process to minimize failure. But many IT master plan was not based on integrated and best practice adoption using ERP. The development of the IT master plan also does not use the proper enterprise architecture (EA) method. This research designed an IT master plan based on ERP using Enterprise Architecture approachment for water utility companies and adopt ERP best practice references model. The Enterprise Architecture's method was TOGAF ADM from a prelim phase, requirement management phase, vision architecture phase, business architecture phase, and information system architecture phase. This research gave the results of 23 system recommendations named IT Integrated Solution for water utility companies which consist of 10 integrated applications, 8 ERP modules, and 5 ERP Industry Solution-Utility (IS-U) modules. To get a comprehensive IT Master Plan based on ERP, the water company needs to pay attention to other stages of TOGAF ADM. There needs to be a study to be able to validate the IT Master Plan, which has been developed.
