The preparation and properties of Tl-2212 (Tl 2 Ba 2 CaCu 2 O 8 ) thin films on biaxially textured Ni substrates, buffered with CeO 2 /YSZ/CeO 2 trilayers, have been studied. Tl-2212 thin films were grown using a two-step fabrication process that involved magnetron sputtering and low temperature post-annealing. XRD θ -2θ scans, rocking curves and ϕ-scans proved that the Tl-2212 thin films were epitaxially grown on the buffered RABiTS. The critical temperature T c and critical current J c (77 K, 0 T) were 103 K and 2.6 MA cm −2 , respectively.
A 0 . 1 3~1 CMOS DVD SoC has been developed reducing the die size from previous 6 4 m Z to this 34mmz without degrading its performance and functionality by optimizing chip architecture and implementation scheme in the same generation process technology. The presented SoC features a novel PRML Read channel employing full digital equalizers with oversample method to improve system stability with keeping channel quality.
The injection-locking of laser diodes with adjustable frequency difference of the order of 1 GHz with respect to the frequency of a master lber is demonstrated. Each slave laser frequency can be individually switched between up to five discrete values simply by changing its operation current. The presented scheme does not need any RF sew0 loop or optical filters in the locking path of the slave diodes.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
