Using human-centered design (HCD), key learnings identified opportunities for intervention to promote viral suppression and improve ART adherence and retention in care among adolescents and young people living with HIV (AYAHIV). Opportunities included fostering a sense of belonging and peer connectedness with other AYAHIV, providing contextually resonant medical knowledge that fits the unique context of adolescence and young adulthood, reducing misconceptions and stigma surrounding HIV, and cultivating a sense of hope for AYAHIV.n Intervention components include a media campaign to reduce HIV stigma and increase medical literacy; a toolkit to help providers communicate and address the unique needs of AYAHIV clients; peer-support groups to improve medical literacy, empower youth, and provide positive role models for people living with HIV; support groups for parents/caregivers; and discreet pill containers to promote adherence outside the home.
In present time, children fall in the Borewell due to the carelessness nature of the people in society. The currently available systems to save the child are less effective and costly too. Thus the society is in need of a new technique which is more efficient and effective. In most cases reported so far, a parallel hole is dug and then horizontal path is made to reach the child. It is not only a time taking process, but also risky in various ways. The borewell rescue system is capable of moving inside the same borewell where the child has been trapped and performs various actions to save the child. CCTV camera is used to continuously monitor the child's condition. This system has a high power LED which acts as a light source since light intensity inside the hole will be less. The advancement in the field of automation along with the mechanical design has a great impact on the society. This project includes series of process development from hand drawn sketches to computer generated design. The modern equipments are implemented for various parts of the system, since the system performs a life rescuing activity. The light weight servomotors are implemented for the system's operations. Borewell rescue System is a human controlled computerized system embedded with additional safety devices.

Background: Fingertip injuries are the most common injuries of the hand. Although maintenance of length, preservation of the nail, and appearance are important, the primary goal of treatment is a painless fingertip with durable and sensate skin. Restoration of original form or reconstruction of the most comfortable and functional compromise is the substance of challenge assured by the surgeon who manages the injured fingertip.

Methods: This descriptive study was done to evaluate the outcomes of various management (conservative, primary closure, SSG and various flaps) of fingertip injuries of 180 patients from December 2014 to 2016.

Results: Out of 180 patients, 30 dropped out, 76% were males and 24% were females. 68% were children and labor class. Index finger was involved in 55% cases. 42% injuries were due to machine injuries and door entrapment. Conservative and cross finger flap has better outcomes.

Conclusions: This is a preliminary report of 150 cases of the fingertip injuries with the problem of tissue loss. Most patients were injured while working. Majority of trauma was caused by various machines. Various methods had been chosen depends on type of injuries, age and occupation.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
