Aim at the effect of the control method in traditional metallurgy furnace temperature is not good, a self-tuning fuzzy PID control method combining fuzzy control with PID control was proposed in this paper based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the PID control and fuzzy control method, and a concrete control algorithm was put forward and simulation experiment was finished. The simulation results show that the effect of the controller is good, and the control of system is fast and smoothly according to it.
DFM is often viewed as a body of useful information for improving the manufacturability of a part but without a step-by-step method. DFM guidelines are a primary resource providing guidance on how to improve the manufacturability of a part for the particular manufacturing process being used. One major problem with these guidelines is that there is not a consistent format for organizing them and understanding specifically what they are trying to accomplish. A standard DFM guideline structure would provide a consistent context for better understanding them. To this end we built a template, in the form of a taxonomy, based on variable cost of the part. We define the variable cost of the part to be comprised of its material, labor, and utility costs and for each of these, we defined factors that influence these costs. We claim that this template can provide a framework for organizing and presenting DFM guidelines in a context that the engineer can use in a more useful way. To provide more confidence in our template, we pursued a validation process based on the Content Analysis technique which is a way for making quantitative inferences about qualitative data, such as DFM guidelines. We used this technique to refine and validate the template which is presented in this paper. To provide further evidence and demonstrate the template’s usefulness, we provide two examples: the guidelines for electromechanical machining and guidelines for plastic injection molding.
As the construction of enterprise informatization in the iron and steel industry has increasingly matured, it leads enterprise to accumulate a large number of business data that can not be used effectively. So the enterprise lack of data information for auxiliary decision-making activities. This paper puts forward a construction of the iron and steel industry sales system based on BI. Combining sales information management with decision analysis for integrated solutions can handle daily business, effectively extract and analyze enterprise historical data into useful information which provides decision support for enterprises.
Steel industry is an important part of the national economy, however, the complex process of ironmaking-steelmaking has been a serious constraint to the development of steel enterprises. In this paper, on the basis of the traditional processes of iron-steel interface, the planning of short process of iron-steel interface with “One open ladle” is proposed. There is also the design of MES in iron district, which has been applied in a steel enterprise of Chongqing, China, with significant effects.
