This paper takes the monitoring data sample from the top of fractionation tower system of one petrochemical company and uses prediction model which is constructed by BP neural network to study the corrosion prediction of catalytic fractionation tower top system. It uses min-max and z-score standardized method to deal with the original data and compare the impacts. The result shows that the BP neural constructing prediction model can provide basis of corrosion control for refinery. It also shows that better accuracy can be achieved by using min-max standardized method and when the number of training data quantity is over 20, the prediction result is more accurate and stable.
In research of the low temperature parts of atmospheric pressure device, by using BP neural network, the connection of PH value, Cl-, H2S and Fe+2 was setup which can predict Fe+2 content accurately, and obtain the requirement accuracy, hence more accurate corrosion can be predicted and providing more suggests for corrosion protection.

A system architecture based on C/S and B/S is put forwarded .Workflow technology based on database is adopted for workflow management .An integration design based on single source of interface database is adopted to realize the integration of current application .This system gives room for advance toward internet. An example is used to show the implementation of PDM system.
Thorough research is performed on crystallization process of ammonium persulfate,the influence of different mixing method on crystallization process of the ammonium persulfate is discussed in this paper, the influence of temperature on crystallization process is also discussed, and then the optimum mixing method for the crystallization of ammonium persulfate is achieved. All these will do great favor to improve the stability of crystallization process of ammonium persulfate .
In view of dew point corrosion for the emergence of low-temperature part of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, from the analysis of the main factors for the impact of dew-point temperature,we make the calculation of the dew-point temperature and composition of the liquid .And it is calculated through the examples of calculation steps. We can get a different component content will lead to the different dew point temperature, when the dew point temperature changes, the liquid component of the dew-point percentage and the position with the corresponding change.
