Epitaxial T12Ba2CaCu20e thin films have been prepared on (001) LaA103 substrates by cc magnetron sputtering and a post-annealing process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) 8-28 scans, 4 scans and rocking curves proved that the thin films are strongly textured with the c axis parallel to the c axis of the substrate and epitaxially grown on the substrate. A critical current density of 7.6 x lo6 A cm-* at 77 K has been obtained in zero magnetic field, and the films have strong flux pinning force in high magnetic fields. When magnetic fields were applied perpendicular to the C M plane of the film, the critical current density dropped only by a factor of seven in a 4 T magnetic field and a factor of 15 in a 6.5 T magnetic field.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
