One of the efforts company did continuously to compete was to reduce waste or anything that is not adding value to products such as waiting activity that cause unbalance of workload between workstations on a production path. This condition resulted in idle work station, accumulation of intermediate goods, and low work station utility. Companies finds an unbalance workload. This work station are apparently have to wait in a given time after workstations does behind it finished. For that reason, this study aims to balance the workload between workstations and increase the company production capacity. This research uses simulation approach by modelling the initial production with software promodel and evaluate performance the the initial production with an indicator current content, output, and average time in operation. The performance of the initial production line model was the smoothness index of 2007.5, the current content of 10 units, the output of 34 units, and the average time in operation of 35.19 minutes. The alternative model of the selected production trajectory is due to excel in four track performance factors is lowest current content (1 unit), highest output (48 units), lowest smoothness index (461,8) and highest production capacity (9,12 unit/hour).
Supply chain management covers integrated activities of planning, coordinating, and controlling of all business processes and practices in the supply chain to meet the demands of consumers at the lowest possible cost. Sustainable supply chain can be achieved by taking into account three pillars of sustainable development, namely, economy, social, and environment. Passion fruit agro-industry supply chain actors consist of farmers, collectors, agro-industries, and retailers. This study aims at identifying factors affecting the passion fruit agro-industry supply chain performance for sustainable micro, small, and medium enterprises and designing a supply chain performance measurement model of MSME passion fruit agro-industry with system dynamics. This research used a survey method through observations, in-depth interviews, and expert opinions. Data were processed using a combination of the hard system (system dynamics analysis) and soft system (expert opinions).The feedback structure along the passion fruit syrup agro-industry system was modeled in a causal loop diagram using system dynamics through version 10 of Powersim Studio software. It was then translated into a stock-flow diagram as the implementation of the simulation model. The model was verified using a computerized statistical analysis (Absolute Means Error) technique. To formulate recommendations and development strategy scenarios for sustainable MSME passion fruit agro-industry supply chain, a system approach method was used and expected to produce an effective and operational decision in accordance with the objectives previously set. The results obtained through expert opinions and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which have the highest weight with various conditions for each variable. Seven key variables were proven to influence the performance of passion fruit agro-industry supply chain, which were also used to design a sustainable MSME supply chain development scenario. The behavior of the sustainable passion fruit agro-industry supply chain model took the form of positive growth and the error rate of 7.43. Developing a sustainable MSMEPFASCPM can be carried out with a moderate strategy by developing: 1) pattern of good relationships among the actors, 2) gradual increase in the availability of raw materials, 3) environmental support capability, 4) gradual increase of profits, 5) moderate skills, 6) employment opportunities, and 7) land availability.
The Tea Leaf Processing Plant PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Unit Bah Butong is an industry that motion in the tea leaf processing. The process of production is supported by a number of interdependent machines and tools to achieve optimal productivity. The problem is that frequent machine failure is considered to be interfering with the production process resulting from maintenance’s un-maximum. Thus need evaluation of the effectiveness and reliability of machines in order to maximize maintenance in order to reduce machine failure. The purpose of this study is to know the value of the effectiveness production engine by calculating the value of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), identifying the effectiveness of the engine by measuring six big losses, calculating the reliability of the engine by adding analysis and improving the maintenance schedule to improve engine efficiency, and predicting OEE’s values after maintenance repairs were made. The value of this journal is expected to be an input to companies to know the value of the effectiveness machines and the reliability of the entire machine system if maintenance is done according to the recommended MTTF maintenance program.

Therefore, the need to replant eucalyptus in order to create a sustainable process for the environment to offers opportunities for wealth and prosperity, while also providing solutions for efficient ways to combat climate change. The purpose of this literature review is to provide information to the public about the benefits of plants that actually have extraordinary functions and characteristics but often get criticism from the community because of community disregard about the benefits It expects in the future eucalyptus can generate more wealth and benefits to the environment. Also, this review literature focuses on eucalyptus plants which provide significant benefits in various sectors, both for the environment and the industrial sector.
