Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) is an independent and neutral organization in Indonesia whose activities are in the social field of humanity. PMI Medan City is overwhelmed by managing data on blood receipts from various places, this causes delays in the information that should be informed to the public, the delay in disseminating information about blood stocks can have an impact on the difficulty of getting information on certain types of blood needs. The blood supply in PMI will later be distributed to the hospital. Many hospitals often have difficulty getting information or lack public knowledge about how to obtain information about the availability of bloodstock at PMI. Therefore we need an information system that can provide information quickly, well, and accurately. To overcome this, a system will be developed that uses the concept of Supply Chain Management to control the blood supply in PMI. This system can control the blood donation process both during donation, the donation process, and finally for whom the blood is donated so that the bloodstock information process can be maintained and will not lack.
Digital signal recordings in the waveform bands contain the noise, which importantly can be attributed to ambient and instrumental noise of recording system. We not only used the power spectral density (PSD) method but also computing the waveform spectral to knows a new model and performance based on recordings of KLNI (Mataram, NTB, Indonesia) and TWSI (Taliwang, NTB, Indonesia) stations from the entire BMKG Network made over 1 month period on August 2018. These cumulative PSD plots are generated, the good performance of each station based on the representative bedrock and cite of the noise level. The KLNI and TWSI stations have the highest background noise level.
The development of e-commerce at this time is increasingly rapidly marked by the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia. The conventional buying and selling process is still widely used in the era of increasingly rapid development of internet technology. However, the conventional buying and selling process is considered inefficient because it requires sellers and buyers to meet directly and also the sales coverage is felt to be less broad, so an efficient sales media is needed and has a broad coverage. So that these problems are not sustainable, an e-commerce website with a business to customer model will be built. The built e-commerce will provide a questionnaire page for customers which will later be implemented by the customer satisfaction index (CSI) method which produces a customer satisfaction index for the e-commerce that has been built. For software development, using PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor) and HTML (HyperText Markup Language) as programming languages, MySQL as database server, Sublime Text 3 as programming support tools
Rainfall in Parapat as a part of Lake Toba, North Sumatera and a super-priority tourist destination in Indonesia on May, 13 2021 causes flood, it exceeds Meteorologi, Climatologi and Geophysics Agency’s threshold about intensity of extreme condition. It is related to dynamic of weather’s parameter, especially with convection process and clouds. The landslide material was very closed the road so that the SiantarParapat access was temporarily closed down. Heavy rains that have occurred since noon are said to be the cause of the floods and landslides that occurred at night. This study aims to describe the distribution of rain in Parapat and surrounding areas during floods and landslides. The data used are measured rainfall at the nearest AWS (Automatic Weather Station), and rainfall estimation data from GPM IMERG (Global Precipitation Measurement – The Integrated Multi-SatellitE Retrievals). The results of the study show that convective cloud classification model can be identify the reconstruction of heavy rain that trigger the flood and landslide in parapet. There has been rain with moderate to heavy intensity since 12 May 2021. Heavy rains that have occurred in the last few days have caused soil conditions to become saturated, resulting in landslides. Cloud classification shows the presence of Cumulonimbus cloud clusters that grow and develop around the Lake Toba area before and during heavy rains.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
