To enhance the effectiveness of using various information systems and then provided instant information/strategies, even decreased the operating costs, enterprise usually carried out internal and external information integration activities. Although many scholars put forward various theory and suggestions, these are so conceptual and onesided that can't effectively help project manager implementing information integration activity successfully. The reason is that enterprise lacks integrated experience and is different in various systems. As this result, enterprise can't effectively grasp conditions of information environment, blueprint for project, inadequate situation and integrated activities. Even enterprise can't systematically control integration structure to promote the success rate of information integration activity. Therefore, this research (1) uses literatures and qualitative methods to build "the structure of the key success factors of information integration activity", and makes enterprise understand the operating activities and the key factors; (2) proposes "a causal order diagram of activity categories" to show factors' implementation order and causality; (3) establishes "a weight table of the key factors" with AHP method to display the different importance of each key factor. It is believed that the research results can not only provide enterprises a systematic structure of information integration activity and the best practice. At the same time, the results can integrate practical application and academic research to give a new direction to follow-up researchers.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
