The stability, compatibility, bond strength and other parameters of the polymer emulsion system were investigated. The effects of different additives and additives content on the water resistance of water-based adhesive were studied. The results showed that the system stability is good when the content of PU in EVA/PU blend system is below 20%, the system can maintain a good compatibility when the EVA/PU ratio between 85/15 and 70/30, DA-103, BF-24 and U54 are suitable as the main raw materials of the blending system, ethylene glycol with its content lower than 2% is suitable as the assistant of the system. With the investigation of shear strength, water resistance, opening time and other factors, the optimum formula is: EVA emulsion 55%, PVA emulsion 30%, PU emulsion 14.5%, ethylene glycol 0.5% (mass fraction, relative to the total adhesive).
Abstract. TPS type hot-melt adhesive damp heat aging phenomenon along with the seasonal variation is analyzed. Effect of kinds and content of tackifying resin, elastomer and TPU on the properties of hot-melt adhesive bonding is studied, and with the method of orthogonal design the optimized hot-melt adhesive formula and anti-aging properties are analyzed.
Abstract. There is a flufenacet review on its physical and chemical properties, mode of action, application, synthesis, analysis methods, patents, toxicology and formulation.
Abstract. In this study, the adhesive property testing methods of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive containing styrene thermoplastic elastomeric used in Non-woven material surface bond were studied. The coating thickness, sticking time before test, aging time, peeling rate, angle of initial adhesion test and material of permanent adhesion test were analyzed, which refers to the parameters in the process of test samples preparation. The experiment results showed that the HDPE test plate is better than the traditional steel test plate for the measurement of the HMPSA permanent adhesion.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
