We studied the effects of complex N-acetyl-L-cysteine compounds with transitional biometals on the inflammatory and adaptation reactions. Some compounds were superior to known antihypoxants and actoprotectors and exhibited significant antiinflammatory activity.
Èçó÷åíî âëèÿíèå îðèãèíàëüíîé ñóáñòàíöèè íà îñíîâå ýíçèìàòè÷åñêè äåñòðóêòóðè-ðîâàííîé àëüãèíîâîé êèñëîòû íà ðåïàðàòèâíóþ àêòèâíîñòü íà ýêñïåðèìåíòàëüíîé ìî-äåëè ïëîñêîñòíîé àñåïòè÷åñêîé ðàíû. Ïðîâåäåíà îöåíêà òîêñè÷íîñòè òåñòèðóåìîãî ñîåäèíåíèÿ, îïðåäåëåíà ýôôåêòèâíàÿ äîçà.  êà÷åñòâå ïðåïàðàòà ñðàâíåíèÿ èñïîëüçî-âàëè êóðèîçèí. Âûÿâëåíî, ÷òî èçó÷àåìîå ñîåäèíåíèå íå òîêñè÷íî. Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî ïðè-ìåíåííûé ðåôåðåíòíûé ïðåïàðàò (êóðèîçèí) óñòóïàåò ïî ôàðìàêîëîãè÷åñêîé àêòèâ-íîñòè òåñòèðóåìîìó îáðàçöó â ñðåäíåì íà 3,5 %, (ð = 0,021) îðèãèíàëüíîé ôàðìàöåâ-òè÷åñêîé ñóáñòàíöèè íà îñíîâå äåñòðóêòóðèðîâàííîé àëüãèíîâîé êèñëîòû.Êëþ÷åâûå ñëîâà: àëüãèíîâàÿ êèñëîòà; ýíçèìàòè÷åñêàÿ äåñòðóêöèÿ; ðåïàðàòèâíàÿ àê-òèâíîñòü. ÂÂÅÄÅÍÈÅÄëÿ Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè (ÐÔ), èñïûòûâàþùåé ñóùåñòâåííûé äåôèöèò â îòå÷åñòâåííûõ ëåêàðñòâåí-íûõ ïðåïàðàòàõ (ËÏ), êðàéíå âàaeíû ïîèñê è ðàçðàáîò-êà îðèãèíàëüíûõ, ýôôåêòèâíûõ ËÏ íà îñíîâå ìåñò-íûõ ïðèðîäíûõ èñòî÷íèêîâ, â ÷àñòíîñòè, îáëàäàþùèõ ðåïàðàòèâíîé àêòèâíîñòüþ. Ñëîaeèâøàÿñÿ ñèòóàöèÿ îòêðûâàåò ïåðñïåêòèâó óãëóáëåííîãî èññëåäîâàíèÿ ôàðìàöåâòè÷åñêîé ñóáñòàíöèè íà îñíîâå ðåãèîíàëüíî-ãî áèîðåñóðñà -ìîðñêîé áóðîé âîäîðîñëè ëàìèíàðèè (Laminaria saccharina) è èçó÷åíèÿ åå ðåïàðàòèâíîãî (ðàíîçàaeèâëÿþùåãî) ïîòåíöèàëà. ÐÔ åaeåãîäíî â ëå÷åáíûõ ó÷ðåaeäåíèÿõ ðåãèñòðè-ðóåòñÿ áîëåå 13 ìëí íîâûõ ñëó÷àåâ òðàâì [4]. Âåäóùåå ìåñòî ñðåäè âñåõ ïîâðåaeäåíèé çàíèìàþò ïîâåðõíîñò-íûå òðàâìû, êîòîðûå ñîñòàâëÿþò áîëåå 35 % [4], à âìåñòå ñ ðàíàìè è òðàâìàìè êðîâåíîñíûõ ñîñóäîâ, íà êîòîðûå ïðèõîäèòñÿ áîëåå 18 % [4], ñîñòàâëÿþò áîëü-øå ïîëîâèíû âñåé òðàâìàòè÷åñêîé ïàòîëîãèè. Ïî äàí-íûì Ìèíèñòåðñòâà çäðàâîîõðàíåíèÿ ÐÔ ñóùåñòâóåò òåíäåíöèÿ ê óâåëè÷åíèþ êîëè÷åñòâà òðàâì è ïîâðåae-äåíèé [4], ÷òî ìîaeåò áûòü ñâÿçàíî ñ êîìïëåêñîì ñîöè-àëüíî-ýêîíîìè÷åñêèõ ïðè÷èí.Âûñîêàÿ ðàñïðîñòðàíåííîñòü òðàâìàòè÷åñêèõ ïî-âðåaeäåíèé â ñòðóêòóðå îáùåé çàáîëåâàåìîñòè ñ îò÷åò-ëèâîé òåíäåíöèåé ê ðîñòó äàííîé ïàòîëîãèè äåëàåò àêòóàëüíûì âîïðîñ ôàðìàêîëîãè÷åñêîãî ïîèñêà è ðàç-ðàáîòêè îðèãèíàëüíûõ ôàðìàöåâòè÷åñêèõ ñóáñòàíöèé, îêàçûâàþùèõ òåðàïåâòè÷åñêîå äåéñòâèå íà ðàíåâîé ïðîöåññ.Íà Åâðîïåéñêîì Ñåâåðå Ðîññèè îñîáûé èíòåðåñ ñ òî÷êè çðåíèÿ ïðèðîäíîãî ðåñóðñîâåäåíèÿ è ôàðìàêî-ýêîíîìèêè ïðåäñòàâëÿþò ãèäðîáèîíòû Áåëîãî è Áà-ðåíöåâà ìîðåé, â ÷àñòíîñòè, ëàìèíàðèÿ (Laminaria saccharina) -èñòî÷íèê àëüãèíîâîé êèñëîòû, íåé-òðàëüíûõ ïîëèñàõàðèäîâ (ëàìèíàðèí), ñóëüôàòèðî-âàííûõ ïîëèñàõàðèäîâ (ôóêîèäàí), ìíîãîàòîìíûõ ñïèðòîâ (ìàííèò) è äð., îáëàäàþùèõ çíà÷èìîé ôàðìà-êîëîãè÷åñêîé àêòèâíîñòüþ. Òàê, ïî äàííûì Ìèíè-ñòåðñòâà ïðèðîäíûõ ðåñóðñîâ ÐÔ, çàïàñû ëàìèíàðèå-âûõ âîäîðîñëåé â Áåëîì ìîðå ñóùåñòâåííû è èñïîëü-çóþòñÿ íå â ïîëíîì îáúåìå [8]. ÌÅÒÎÄÛ ÈÑÑËÅÄÎÂÀÍÈßÑ ïðèìåíåíèåì ìåòîäà ýíçèìàòè÷åñêîé äåñòðóêöèè äîñòèãíóòî óìåíüøåíèå ìîëåêóëÿðíîé ìàññû äåéñò-âóþùåãî âåùåñòâà, ñíèaeåíèå ñòåïåíè ïîëèìåðèçàöèè, ïðèäàíèå ìîëåêóëå ëèíåéíîãî âèäà, ÷òî äîêàçàíî ìå-òîäàìè ßÌÐ-ñïåêòðîñêîïèè è ýêñêëþçèîííîé ÂÝAEÕ (ðèñ. 1). Ýòî ïîçâîëèëî óëó÷øèòü ôèçèêî-õèìè÷åñêèå, ôàðìàêîêèíåòè÷åñêèå è ôàðìàêîäèíàìè÷åñêèå ñâîé-ñòâà ìîäèôèöèðîâàííîãî ïîëèñàõàðèäà ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ íàòèâíûì âåùåñòâîì.Àíàëèç îáðàçöà...
