This study aims to analyze the relationship of variable NPL with ROE, CAR variable with ROE, and variable LDR with ROE. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data uses the documentation and library method, which used a population of quarterly financial statements for 2014-2018 PT BCA Tbk, and it was collected 15 samples. Techniques for analyzing data using SPSS version 16. The results of this study indicate that credit risk (NPL), capital adequacy (CAR), liquidity risk (LDR) have a significant effect on financial performance (ROE). The limitations of the results of this study were only carried out at PT BCA Tbk through secondary data in the form of the 2014-2018 annual financial report. Measurement of Return On Equity (ROE) variables only through independent variables NPL, CAR, and LDR.
This study is to analyze the influence of fashion lifestyle, sales promotion, and self image to impulse buying behaviour and customer satisfaction. Type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were 100 students who used the Shopee mobile application at Narotama Surabaya University. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square. Data obtained from questionnaires and tasted with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The result of this study indicate that fashion lifestyle, sales promotion, and self image have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying behaviour and customer satisfaction. Impulse buying behaviour has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of return on assets and return on equity on earnings per share and price book value in building construction sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The population of this research was the building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018. The sample used was 10 construction companies with a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used in the documentation were in the form of secondary data and library research. The analysis was using path analysis. It was revealed that the return on assets has a significant negative effect and return on equity have a significant positive effect on earnings per share. While return on equity has a significant positive effect and earnings per share has a significant negative impact on price book value. However, return on assets does not have a significant effect on price book value.
This study aims to determine "relationship between work discipline, work environment and supervision of employee performance at Waroeng Spesial Sambal Surabaya ". This study used a quantitative research approach. The analytical method used the rank spearman correlation. The calculation process assisted by the program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application, with number of 30 respondents by saturated sampling method (census). Based on the results of data management, work discipline with employee performance has a significant low relationship. Work environment and supervision with employee performance have a significant strong relationship. The results showed that the variables of work discipline, work environment and supervision were significantly related to employee performance. If there are other variables used to measure employee performance then the variable is not discussed in this study.
Smartphone is a virtual communication tool in two directions that makes easy for individuals to interact through short message, telephone and an internet network. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of celebrity endorser, product quality and price on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. This research used quantitative methode with population 100 respondents who use Vivo brand smartphones in Surabaya. The analysis used partial least square, data obtained from questionnaires and tested with the SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the variable celebrity endorser, product quality and price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and purchasing decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusion showed that sponsor more look for customers who using Vivo smartphones, which have affordable or discounted prices so customers make reapeat purchase and satisfied.
