Цель исследования, описываемого в данной статье-повышение качества очистки технологических стоков. Это достигается внедрением установки флотационной очистки. В результате наблюдается снижение концентрации загрязняющих веществ в стоках до предельно допустимых значений при существенном снижение платы за загрязнение окружающей среды. Recently, the situation has become much worse over the utilization of oil associated gas (OAG) at oilfields.The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) reports that out of the 55-60 billion of OAG extracted in the country, only about 26% goes to further processing and about 30% is burned. The deliberate burning of oil gas in flares causes the state budget to lose every year about 13.5 billion US dollars, quite apart from the catastrophic damage to the environment from the combustion products.A basic reason for the unsound use of OAG at all oilfields is the pollution by sulfur compounds. Each Russian oil company has its own strategy and program for the complete utilization of OAG. Oil companies are prepared to invest in its processing and utilization. For example, TNK-VR plans over a long period (5-10 y) to construct over 100 km of gas pipelines and over 20 compressor stations (including vacuum ones), and to set aside in 2007 money for measures to utilize OAG to the extent of 170 million dollars; in 2008, 433 million dollars; in 2009, 505 million dollars; and in 2010, 176 million dollars.On the MNR figures, by 2011 there will be processed some 95% of the extracted OAG.
