The purpose of the experimental study was the development and testing of a set of special exercises that form the correct wasp nku in physical education classes at the university. The period of posture formation is quite wide and covers the age up to 18 years. years However, most of the studies devoted to postural disorders are aimed at studying this problem in children of preschool and primary school age, undeservedly avoiding the spread of this problem among student youth. On the one hand, this is due to the fact that at an earlier age, before the appearance of pronounced violations, the process of correction and prevention of posture violations is implemented more effectively, and on the other hand, the complexity of work organization and the low motivation of this category of people to engage in physical education. The goal was concretized through the formulation of a number of tasks: to identify the degree of posture disorders in first-year students, to develop and try a set of physical exercises aimed at correcting posture disorders, evaluate the effectiveness of work on the formation of correct posture for physical education. The study consisted of three stages: ascertaining, formative, control. The results of the study of the degree of posture disorders at the control stage indicate that the number of children in the experimental group with normal posture increased in the process of purposeful work. Based on the results of the primary research, a set of special physical exercises and outdoor games was compiled, aimed at correcting students’ posture disorders in the experimental group. Within the framework of physical culture, the dosing of the load was carried out by changing the tempo, amplitude, number of movements, as well as by burdening and resistance. After each lesson, students were given homework, which they had to do on their own at home. Special exercises were included in various forms of physical culture work at the university: in physical education, gymnastics before classes, in physical education in the classroom, physical education activities for an extended break x. Complexes of special physical exercises and outdoor games, conducted with first-year students in physical culture classes, positively influenced the formation of correct posture.
The aim: To study the impact of physical exercises of different intensity on the dynamics of intellectual working capacity and mental cognitive processes in students. Materials and methods: The research involved 293 students. The research was conducted in 2 stages. The 1st stage involved the study of the level of intellectual activity of students with sufficient (the experimental group, n = 76) and insufficient levels of their motor activity (the control group, n = 217). The 2nd stage provided for the determination of the dynamics of intellectual activity indicators in students (n = 76) before and after physical exercises of different intensity. Results: It was found that students with sufficient motor activity are characterized by significantly better indicators of intellectual working capacity and mental cognitive processes than students with insufficient motor activity. It was found that low-intensity physical exercises of a recreational nature had a more positive effect on intellectual working capacity in the course of training sessions. Conclusions: Organized motor activity and optimal physical exertion both during and after the end of intellectual functioning can directly affect the preser¬vation and improvement of students’ intellectual working capacity.
The analysis of literary sources on the research of the above-mentioned topic was carried out and it was determined that the most important task of modern education is the education of a healthy generation, the conscious attitude of the individual to his health and the health of others, the formation of physical, moral and mental health, the perceived need for physical improvement, development of interest and habit for independent physical education and sports, acquisition of knowledge and skills of a healthy lifestyle. The peculiarities of the implementation of health-preserving competence in physical education classes in higher education institutions are revealed. The main implementation problems and ways to solve them have been identified. It has been proven that health-preserving competence is one of the main factors in the process of physical education and the involvement of student youth in physical activity. During training, the teacher must pay attention to the performance of movements by students, evaluate them and set new movement tasks in a timely manner. The teacher's remarks and instructions should be such as to accustom students to independent analysis of the performed movements. Training should begin with the types of athletics that are most accessible and necessary for the development of basic physical qualities, such as running. First, it is a run for medium and long distances, and you need to focus on the swing step technique. Having mastered the technique of running for medium and long distances, they begin cross-country running, and after that they teach running at high and maximum speed, that is, for short distances.
