This paper examines the adoption of e-commerce system models in the rural tourism sector. Rural tourism business infrastructure barriers be resolved with application ride sharing system named 'Terater’ and e-payment with the name ‘E-bajer’. Research using qualitative methods to explore information from the subject of the research. The existence of a model system for Ride Sharing such Go-jek in 50 cities in Indonesia, able to inspire the TERATER initiator, community, adopt e-commerce system as a model of service to visitors. The utilization of e-commerce helps a lot and makes it easy for rural home industry to market and Transaction. In the E-Commerce systems can guarantee the existence of real data and real money. The results of the research can be used to initiate the expansion of the adoption of e-commerce systems in the development of regional tourism its main tourist village.

The purpose of this study was to identify, describe and analyze the quality control of the production process for heels in an effort to achieve production targets at CV Ghealsyshoes Malang. The company engaged in manufacturing CV Ghealsyshoes is a local company in Indonesia that produces various kinds of shoes, especially women's shoes. Based on data and facts in the field, it was found that in one year of production, heels still experience product defects caused by problems that occur in the production process, which is an average of 2.75%. Problems in the production process are caused by several factors at the input or input stage such as raw materials, performance of tools and machines, and labor. The results showed that quality control at CV Ghealsyshoes was divided into three stages. The first stage is the process of arrival of raw materials which aims to select and filter the raw materials ordered from suppliers, the second stage is the stage of the production process which aims to avoid product damage due to raw materials that do not comply with predetermined criteria and maintain the production process so that running smoothly, the third is the stage of the product release process which aims to maintain and supervise the process that has passed the production process in order to avoid product defects that will later be used by consumers.

The aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of Tirta Agung Tourism Village, Sukosari Kidul Village, Sumberwringin District, Bondowoso in supporting the development of Ijen Geopark. The research uses a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative approach with domain analysis, share vision, participation, networking, and collaboration. The analysis is carried out by qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects of the study were the Head of the Tourism Awareness Group, the Chairman of the Ijen Geopark Daily, the Head of the Sports and Sports Youth Tourism Office, several informants related to the implementation of the Tirta Agung tourism village. The results showed that the implementation of tourism villages refers to the regulations of the local government and village aparatus through BUMDes and Pokdarwis. The implementation of tirta Agung tourism village, Sukosari village, can run well. through the traditional communication model of local wisdom, village youth gatherings while drinking coffee, managing stakeholder support, and maintaining group compliance.
