Energy problems are very crucial faced by the Indonesian government today, because energy is a necessity in increasing national development. Energy consumption growth averaged 6.5% per year, not yet balanced with sufficient energy supply, energy prices are increasingly expensive, energy subsidies are getting bigger, and energy use is still wasteful. One way to overcome the problem of electrical energy is solar sell energy. Solar cells are an abundant source of energy and there is no end of the year. In order for the use of solar cel energy to be used as an energy replacement for fossil energy that is increasingly scarce and expensive, it is necessary to have research and studies to obtain optimal results, the purpose of this study is: "Effect of temperature PV Solar cells on IV characteristics using applications GT Solar Technology software "this is done to see the effect of temperature / heat on solar cel PV. Characteristics of I-V cel diesel can be influenced by temperature and loading. The voltage of PV solar cel will be stable at temperatures of 44 0 c to 60 0 c and at the loading load of 40%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 80%. ABSTRAKPermasalahan energi sangat krusial yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah Indonesia sekarang ini, karena energi merupakan suatu kebutuhan dalam meningkatkan pembangunan nasional. Pertumbuhan konsumsi energi rata-rata 6.5% pertahun, belum diimbangi dengan suplai energi yang cukup, harga energi semakin mahal, subsidi energi semakin besar, dan penggunaan energi masih boros. Salah satu cara mengatasi permasalahan energi listrik adalah energi solar sel. Solar sel merupakan sumber energi sangat belimpah dan tidak ada habisnnya sepanjang tahun. Agar dalam pemakaian energi solar sel dapat dipakai sebagai energi pengganti energi fosil yang sudah semakin langka dan mahal, maka perlu adanya penelitian dan kajian untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah: " Pengaruh temperature PV Solar sel terhadap karakteristik I-V dengan menggunakan aplikasi software GT Solar Teknologi" hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh temperature/panas terhadap PV solar cel. Karakteristik I-V solar cel dapat dipengaruhi oleh temperature dan pembebanan. Tegangan PV solar cel akan stabil pada temperature 44 0 c sampai 60 0 c dan pada pembebanan minal 40%,50%,60%,70% dan 80%.
