Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Badung. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 73 orang dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path) dan uji sobel. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.) Stres kerja berpengaruh negative dan signfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai korelasi -0.555 dan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. 2) Stres kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai korelasi sebesar -0.199 dan nilai signifikan 0.004 < 0.05. 3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan nilai korelasi 0.515 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. 4) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan stress kerja dengan komitmen organisasi dengan hasil perhitungan diperoleh t hitung (3.097) > t tabel (1.994). Saran dalam penelitian adalah pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab harus berdasarkan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan agar tidak menimbulkan stress kerja karyawan.
This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Provincial Legislatives Council Badung Regency. The total population and sample in this study were 73 people using the saturated sample method. Collecting data using a questionnaire which is then tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and the Sobel test. The results in this study are Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction with a correlation value of -0.555 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment with a correlation value of -0.199 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a correlation value of 0.515 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Job satisfaction can mediate the effect of Job Stress on organizational commitment with the calculation results obtained tcount (3.097) > ttable (1.994). Suggestions in this study are that the division of tasks and responsibilities must be based on the abilities that employees have so that they do not cause employee Job Stress.
