The results of this study indicate that based on the analysis of the BPR Sinar Kuta NPL formula in 2018 increased every year 2016 = 2.55%, 2017 = 3.12%, and 2018 =3.75%. and Liquidity risk using two ratios, namely LDR and LAR, has increased anddecreased. This shows that BPR Sinar Kuta has good profitability towards third partyrefunds. GCG Bank Sinar Kuta also has very good management as evidenced from 2016 -2018 showing a good composite predicate by determining a healthy bank valuation matrixbased on Bank Indonesia Regulation No.13 and the predicate is that all the compositevalues are still in greater or equal rules with (?) 1.5. This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, empowerment, work ethic on job enrichment and employee performance. The object and location of this research is the Village Credit Institution (LPD) as a financial institution owned by Pakraman Village in 9 districts/cities in Bali. The sampling technique is based on the proportionate random sampling method, which is taking samples from each LPD area of ??the Traditional Village randomly and proportionally, because the population members are homogeneous. The size of the sample is 300 people. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing that have been carried out, the results of this study indicate that of the 7 hypotheses proposed, all of them are proven true or supported by empirical facts, which predict a significant direct effect between transformational leadership factors, empowerment, work ethic and employee performance.
The purpose of this study to examine the influence of leader member exchange, empowerment, talent management to turnover intention on employees of PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Sample used as many as 55 people with census method (total sampling), the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of analysis is known that member exchange leader has positive and significant impact to employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Empowerment has a negative and significant effect on employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Talent management has a negative and significant effect on employee intention turnover at PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto. Suggestions for management conduct discussions led by employers with employees to deal with problems that occur in the company, as the company's leadership should teach employees to work smart and fast by teaching a good work culture so that employees work again with enthusiasm. Companies must continue to develop talent management as a foundation for educating and developing employee talents. The management of PT Bank BRI Cabang Gatot Subroto in facing the problem of employee turnover intention is much influenced by the level of education, this need to be evaluated by the management and the leader in the future in order to be able to give place to the employee so as to be able to suppress the turnover intention.
