The purpose of the article is to study the existing approaches to the development of land management documentation and the development of methodological aspects of compiling land management documentation for land allocation. The paper analyzes modern approaches to the preparation of land management documentation for land allocation in Ukraine. The directions and schemes of formation of land management documentation on land allocation taking into account previous experience are determined. The presented differences in the methods of developing such projects complicate the implementation of the tasks. The difficulty arises due to the lack of a procedure for the development of land management projects for the allocation of land, the obsolescence of norms, standards and rules, the contradiction between some regulations. The current regulations on land allocation and the formation of land management schemes are analyzed. Methodical recommendations for compiling land management documentation for land allocation, taking into account modern standards and requirements, regulatory and technical regulations, etc. have been developed. The project of establishment (change) of borders of administrative-territorial formations is developed in cases of creation of new, association, distribution, accession, increase or decrease in the area of existing administrative-territorial formations. Currently, the process of creating new, unifying, distributing administrative-territorial entities takes place mainly at the level or within the administrative districts, within which the boundaries of village (settlement) councils and settlements are created or changed. The territory of each administrative-territorial entity has its own boundaries - conditional lines that separate it from other territories. They are established and changed on the basis of land management projects developed by state and other land management organizations in accordance with the feasibility studies of their development, master plans of settlements. The provisions developed in the article will increase the efficiency of land use through the proposed more effective scheme for the formation of accounting and reporting digital documentation.

АnnOTATIOnThe relevance of the formation of investment attractiveness of the territories, taking into account the experience of the coastal regions of China, is determined. The aim of the study is to determine approaches to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories, taking into account the experience of coastal regions of China. The objectives of the study in the context of a specific goal are: characterization of existing theoretical approaches to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories; generalization of existing experience in the formation of investment attractiveness of the coastal regions of China; substantiation of the authors' approach to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories. The formation of investment attractiveness of the territories is proposed, taking into account the quantitative basis determined on the basis of the integrated approach, taking into account a set of certain factors. To ensure the investment attractiveness of the territories, it is proposed to identify priority areas for investment, the formation of measures to ensure the attraction of foreign investment, the introduction of a preferential tax regime, the provision by local administrations of the right to provide foreign investors with new technologies and export industries non-tax incentives, the development of special economic zones, economic territories and political development and cross-border economic cooperation, teaches drawing on the experience of China's maritime territories.Key words: investment attractiveness, territories, coastal regions of China, integrated approach, quantitative basis. The relevance and timeliness of ensuring the territorial development of land use at the regional level is deter-mined. The aim of the study is to develop conceptual provisions and a methodological approach to determining and assessing the territorial development of land use in regions. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: identification of problems in the system for ensuring the territorial development of land use in the regions; the formation of conceptual provisions for determining the territorial development of regional lands; development of a methodological approach to assessing the level of territorial development of land use. The problematic aspects are identified and a definition of the concept of «territorial development of land use in the region» is proposed. The directions of the development and implementation of a methodological approach to assessing the territorial development of land use in the regions are described. As a result of the study, an integral indicator of the territorial development of land use in the region was determined, the value of which indicates the need to change its trends by taking measures and developing scientifically sound recommendations for ensuring the territorial development of land use for the transition from a moderate scenario to a growth scenario.
