The presented review article describes a number of some important software products, information systems, and other digital solutions that are extremely necessary for the effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus in general and animal husbandry in particular. The important global trends in the development of modern agriculture are considered, the benefits received by farmers from the use of various digital technologies are discussed, and the need to accelerate the current pace of introduction of diffirent elements of precision farming and animal husbandry systems into Belarusian agriculture is noted. In the animal husbandry of the republic a number of farms using Smart Farm technology already use robotic milking modules with monitoring of milk quality and the physiological state of animals, which reduces the incidence of cows with mastitis by 25–30 %, increases the time of economic use of animals up to 4–5 lactations. The use of robotic tools for the preparation and distribution of feed mixtures allows us to increase the milk yield of cows by 30–40 %. At the same time, the profitability of products produced using this technology can exceed 40 %. Feed preparation and distribution systems have been developed. On farms with free-stall housing animal husbandry, concentrated feed is normalized by the automated cow feeding station SKA-25 developed by RUE “NPC of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Agricultural Mechanization”. The use of a feeding station makes it possible to automate the process of issuing concentrated feed, as well as to monitor the use of high-energy feed through automated process control systems on cattle farms.
Currently, the most pressing problems of the Belarusian agro-industrial complex remain: extremely costly agricultural production and its low eciency. Thus, as of the end of 2020 the level of protability excluding state support of all agricultural organizations included in the system of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus amounted to only 1,7 %. The most important direction of the state innovation policy of the Republic of Belarus for the current ve-year period is the digital transformation of traditional sectors of the national economy. The current level of domestic regulatory and legal regulation of dierent digitalization processes in the agricultural sector signicantly lags behind the widely implemented information, digital and other innovative technologies that are continuously developing and improving. The purpose of the work was to study he normative regulation in the eld of electronic agriculture, digital and other innovative technologies in the Agro–industrial complex of Belarus. A number of highly promising directions in the digital transformation of agriculture today was described in the article. Legislative support at the level of timely and continuous updating and modernization of the basic regulations governing them is extremely necessary for all measures for the eective implementation of the latest innovative technologies. In order to strengthen condence in the latest technologies and their successful eective implementation in Belarusian agriculture and to create a legal basis for international cooperation and above all within the framework of the EAEU, the most important task today is the formation of an up-to-date regulatory framework. The formation of a system of legal regulation aimed at ensuring the transition to the digital transformation of the national economy is one of the important tools for implementing the directions of the modern state innovation policy of the country.
The current stage of information technology development is characterized as digital called BCG (Boston Consulting Group) digitalization, while the analog period in agriculture is over, the industry has entered the digital era, which means that by 2050 the use of new generation technologies will be able to increase the productivity of world agriculture by 70 %. The main stages of information technology development in the world considers some of the most important areas of it technology development and global trends in the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex based on the analysis of global scientific achievements, research reports, articles by well-known scientists, scientific and expert organizations have been investigated in the article. The main trends that determine the conceptual development of the so-called “Smart (digital) agriculture” are identified, the active use of elements of which contributes in every possible way to the highly rational social, economic, technical and technological development of the agricultural sector. A promising area is Precision Animal Husbandry (similar to Precision Farming). Among the elements of Precision Animal Husbandry the most widely used are identification and monitoring of individual animals using modern information technologies (feeding ration, milk yield, growth, body temperature, activity), meeting their individual needs; automatic regulation of the microclimate and control of harmful gases; monitoring the health of the herd, product quality; electronic database of the production process; robotization of the milking process.
The purpose of the work was to analyze the use of precision animal husbandry technologies in the Republic of Belarus. A number of highly promising directions in the development of agriculture in general and animal husbandry in particular in the agro-industrial complex of the world and the Republic of Belarus has been described in the article. The main attention was paid to the development of precision animal husbandry technologies in the Republic, as the most important component in the digital transformation of domestic agricultural production with its most developed livestock segment and especially dairy cattle breeding. An overview of some important software products being developed, implemented and already widely used, information systems, and other digital solutions are extremely necessary for the effective functioning of the livestock industry of the Republic of Belarus. Some landmark developments, examples of the introduction of precision animal husbandry elements, automation systems, information and analytical systems in agriculture of the Republic, which are actively engaged in a number of organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and especially scientific and practical centers, scientific and research institutes of the Department of Agrarian Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, as well as other domestic organizations of various departmental affiliation and form of ownership, have been considered. The new opportunities and advantages received by the state and farmers from the use of various digital solutions in the field of animal husbandry have been discussed. It has been concluded that precision animal husbandry and its further automation represent a higher level of digital integration, which affects the most complex organizational changes in government structures and business, but the implementation of this issue can dramatically affect the profit and competitiveness of products and the agricultural industry as a whole.
The method of calculating costs (expenses) for maintenance and repair of livestock equipment has its own features of accounting and planning of work. The purpose of this work was to use a methodology for determining and rationing total costs for technical service of livestock equipment. The most important main points of the improved methodology for determining the cost of maintenance and repair of livestock equipment with the use of a number of standards are considered, and the features of accounting and planning for this type of work (technical service of livestock equipment) have been considered. The general provisions of the methodology for calculating the basic salary depending on the choice of the form of payment by the service for maintenance and repair of livestock equipment have been given. To simplify these calculations the rationale for establishing a single common factor calculation on the basic salary of the workers while performing diff erent types of work experts of farms (calculation of additional wages, deductions on social insurance and overhead charges from the basic salary), etc. The presented method signifi cantly simplifi es the task of determining the cost of maintenance and repair of livestock equipment when planning work and distributing the volume of work between service enterprises and agricultural producers, taking into account the features of accounting and planning all types of technical service of livestock equipment.
