Terjadinya fluktuasi penjualan sepeda motor pada Dealer Astra Motor Center Denpasar membuat Honda harus bekerja lebih keras untuk meningkatkan kembali jumlah penjualan produknya. Dengan niat pembelian ulang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan citra merek terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada Dealer Astra Motor Center Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dealer Astra Motor Center Denpasar, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 126. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan Statitical Package of Sosial Science (SPSS) 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian ulang sepeda motor merk Honda di Kota Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions, promotion of purchasing decisions, prices on purchasing decisions.The method used to determine the sample is non-probability in the form of purposive sampling with a sample size of 112 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly and through online to Samsung smartphone product customers in Denpasar City. The analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) and sobel test. The test results from promotions and prices positively and significantly influence the brand image and decision to purchase Samsung smartphone products in the city of Denpasar. Brand image is able to mediate the influence of promotions and prices positively and significantly on purchasing decisions. This shows that the brand image has an important role in the promotion and consumer prices, thus increasing the decision to buy Samsung smartphone products in the city of Denpasar. The management of Samsung companies should be more aggressively conducting marketing mix so that consumers increasingly trust the performance of the Samsung company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. This study located in Denpasar City involved 100 respondents who had consumed KFC more than once with the purposive sampling method, collected through a questionnaire using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and path analysis and sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that product quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality provided, the higher the level of satisfaction felt. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The higher the quality of the product, the higher the level of customer loyalty for a product. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The higher the level of customer satisfaction, the higher the level of customer loyalty to the product provided. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of product quality on customer loyalty. The role of mediation owned by customer satisfaction indirectly affects product quality towards customer loyalty. Keywords: product quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
Impulsive buying is a behavior that is consumer buying behavior that is formed before entering a store and is carried out unplanned beforehand. The factors that can be considered by the company in the event of impulsive buying to increase sales are sales promotion, visual merchandising, outlet atmosphere towards impulsive purchases at Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar. The sample size used was 108 respondents of Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar customers with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results that (1) sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying (2) visual merchandising has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying (3) store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impussive buying. Based on these results, it is concluded that sales promotion, visual merchandising, good outlet atmosphere will influence the impulsive buying behavior of Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar customers.
