Millennials are a popular term to replace the term Generation Y (Gen Y). There are 2.5 billion millennials worldwide. They have contributed to business travel, and tend to spend most of their expenses on travel and vacation, driven by future travel trends. This research conducted to shape the success factor of the destination for millennial tourists, where the destination of Tanah Lot Temple is used as a case study, which is quantitative research, using survey design and purposive sampling. There are 160 millennial tourists as respondents (who are visited Tanah Lot Temple). The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data were analysed using descriptive statistics and factor analysis. This research has indicated that there are nine (9) main factors that shape the success factor of the destination for millennial tourists. The nine main factors are: Millennials interested in traditional costume guides and officers, believe in social media reviews, Millennial will add several/more days to enjoying the destination, The layout of the souvenir shop, buildings, temples, parks, and the others building should support sustainable practices. A millennial will invite parents and closest friends for visiting destination. The experience in destination worth it with or even more than spending, and meet the expectations. The facility of destination affected millennials during visiting. Millennials are interested in the culture at the destination. Traveling is a necessity for Millennial. This research model has an accuracy of 71% on the error rate of 5%.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada aspek perilaku masyarakat dalam melakukan upaya pencegahan dini dan tidak membuktikan secara medis tentang penurunan jumlah penderita COVID-19 di masyarakat. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive yaitu pengguna internet yang familiar dengan beberapa media sosial seperti Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, dan sejenisnya sebanyak 144 responden dalam pemberlakuan kebijakan sosial yang menarik mulai tanggal 16 Maret hingga 21 April 2020 di Bali. Hasil dan pembahasan: Indikator-indikator berikut ini terbukti berisiko signifikan untuk berjangkitnya COVID-19 sehingga perlu edukasi agar kesadaran diri masyarakat meningkat. Implikasi: Masyarakat disarankan tetap di rumah, selalu cuci tangan pakai sabun, selalu minum air hangat air, memasang hand sanitizer di rumah, selalu cuci tangan setelah keluar rumah, sediakan sabun, antiseptik di rumah, serta konsumsi Vit C dan vitamin E serta cukup tidur.
This paper discusses how to avoid plagiarism in a research paper. Avoiding plagiarism is part of a scientific writing ethic that always stated in any publication. Every writer should pay attention to their papers submitted to a journal or a scientific forum that they are free from unethical conduct. Writing a research paper needs overall accuracy especially in avoiding plagiarism in the paper that is to be published in a journal or to be presented at a certain scientific meeting, seminar or symposium. It is based on writers’ experience as a paper writer as well as a journal reviewer. The first application that the writers use is ‘checker’, a Mac computer application, used to check spelling and grammar. T<span>his study aims to determine the popularity of heritage tourist attractions, namely Borobudur, Prambanan, Besakih, and Tanah Lot using the Google Trends tool based on a historical database of the last five years. In addition to popularity, this study also determines the market segmentation of each tourist attraction based on the geographical origin of the tourists. The information and findings are expected to be used as consideration for the destination marketing strategy, and also to determine the promotion on the geographical origin of tourists. This analysis using Google trends yields several conclusions, in the beginning of 2000 to the end of 2021, almost all heritage tourist attractions have decreased in popularity, this is most likely due to a travel ban for tourists during the Covid-19 pandemic. Borobudur Template Heritage Tourism Attraction is the most popular heritage tourist attraction since the last five years, then Prambanan Temple, Tanah Lot, and Besakih. The segmentation of heritage tourism attractions in Indonesia is domestic tourists, and International tourists by Singaporean, Malaysian, Thai, Philippines, South African, Australian, Indian, Taiwanese, Italian, and French. The government should immediately open up opportunities for opening tourism, and tourist attraction managers will intensify the use of information technology, especially digital marketing to display the image of heritage destinations that are open space destinations. is a safe tourist attraction to visit.</span>
