Hinduism is a religion that has given birth to a very complex culture in the field of astronomy, agricultural science, philosophy and other sciences. Likewise from this culture gave birth to worship facilities in the form of ancient relics, one of which was Lingga. Lingga is a symbol of fertility offered by the Indus valley civilization which is mainly associated with Shiva worship. Lingga can mean the manifestation of Lord Shiva which is described as Phalus which is usually placed above Yoni who describes men and women (Lingga-Yoni). The problem examined in this paper is how the function and meaning of Linga according to Hinduism in Indonesia. To answer these problems, data collection methods are used; literature studies, documents and observations and assisted with Religion and Symbol theory. Based on data data, it can be seen that the Lingga function is a religious function, namely strengthening, stabilizing Srddha Bhakti Hindus, then the function of fertility is by worshiping Lord Shiva through the media Lingga to invoke fertility on agriculture. Besides that, through worship Lingga has religious significance and symbolic meaning because Lingga is viewed from the religion as a symbol of worship before Lord Shiva. Lingga is believed to have magical powers so that Hindus draw closer to the presence of Ida Sang Hyang Widhi through the Lingga worship media in religious ceremonies such as piodalan in the Kahyangan Tiga / Jagat Temple. This study analyzes the quality of water before and after mantra treatment (Hindu Perspective). It uses clean water from the ground, which is called kelebutan. In general, kelebutan is used as a source of drinking water and for spiritual activities among the Keramas, Blabatuh, and Gianyar communities. The study aims to determine the differences in water content, minerals, nitrogen, fluorine, phosphorus, sulfur and chlorine, as well as its efficacy for the health of the human body. It uses a quantitative approach with Gravimetri, Semimikrokjeldahl, and Soxhlet methods. The results showed that the physical quality of water in the control and treatment fulfilled the health requirements. Based on chemical parameters, there were Pb heavy in high levels in both the control and treatment. Microbiological water quality shows that there is an increase in the number of coliforms and total bacteria causing post-treatment contamination. The presence of components such as antioxidants in the water is attributed to the addition of flowers and mantra. In the molecular form, water forms a hexagonal structure.

One of the main elements in corruption is the loss of state finances. It results in confusion impacting law enforcement officials' performance in eradicating corruption. In Indonesia, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) is an institution authorized to assess state financial losses. In practice, the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is another institution with similar power. This study analyzed which institutions have the more appropriate power in determining state financial losses in corruption. Using legal research with statutory and conceptual approaches, this study showed that the BPK is an institution granted the constitutional power to examine state finances' management and responsibility, asserting its more legitimate institution to handle the power to assess the financial losses. Consequently, the BPK is the only state institution that can determine state financial losses. At the same time, the BPKP is only authorized to assess or audit the calculation of state financial losses as an indication of irregularities detrimental to state finances. This study concluded that only the BPK can assess and determine state financial losses used in examining the alleged corruption before the court. This study discusses the Awar-Awar Plant (Ficus Septica Burm) as Traditional Medicine in Usadha Taru Pramana Lontar. The method used is a quantitative approach with Gravimetry, Semimikrokjeldahl, and Soxhlet methods. The research results obtained include: Chemical Content and Benefits of the Awar-Awar Plant (Ficus Septica Burm), namely; (1), 2-Demethoxytylophorine (2), Isotylocrebine (3), Tylocrebine (4), Tylophorine (5), 10S,13aR-anofine N-oxide (6), Dehydrotylophorine (7), and Ficuseptine A (8), flavonoid content in the form of kaempferitrin (9) and genistin (10), (11) and coumarin compounds. Its benefits are as a remedy for skin diseases, appendicitis, overcoming ulcers, overcoming venomous snake bites and shortness of breath.
