This study aims to determine the district's economic structure Bangli seen from the contribution to GDP and to determine the economic sectors that serve as a potential economic sectors in Bangli. This study uses secondary data from the data of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP), agricultural production data, data of population and distance between the districts. Data collection methods used are the methods of documentation. Data analysis with the Shift Share analysis and Location Quotient Analysis. The results of this study concluded that the rate of economic growth in the period 2013-2017 Bangli District slower than general economic growth in the province of Bali. The competitiveness of the sector in aggregate is lower than province. Contribution of the agricultural sector is dominant so the structure of the economy Bangli District is the traditional economy. Potential economic sectors that used as leading sector are agriculture and services sectors and sub sub sector of entertainment services and recreation. The Government should prioritize the Bangli district sector and commodities that have been identified leading, however other sectors and commodities sector continued to receive attention in proportion to the potential and development opportunities. Some leading commodity sectors and regions are not only maintained but should continue to be developed according to its potential to encourage the growth of GDP Bangli District for future development.
This study aims to: (1) describe the causes of low job satisfaction, (2) describe the impact of low job satisfaction, and (3) describe efforts to increase job satisfaction. The subjects of this research were all contract teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja, and the object of research was the low job satisfaction. The population in this study were all informants who would provide information about the low job satisfaction felt by contract teachers, consisting of the contract teachers themselves, the principal and students at SMK Negeri 3 Singaraja. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This study uses purposive sampling and uses the Snowball technique which is useful for covering a wider sample as supporting data. The findings from the results of this study indicate that the causes of low job satisfaction experienced by contract teachers are due to several factors such as the lack of teaching hours for JTM contract teachers, delays in giving salaries, and teaching that is not in accordance with the competence of their skills.
The Indonesian government considers the tourism sector as one of the high contributors to the national economy. As one of them that supports tourism, especially talk about Tourism Villages, is the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) through a program released recently about ADWI 2022. Julah Tourism Village is one of the highlights that should be developed in the future as sustainable tourism. This research uses qualitative research by primary and secondary data in Julah Village. In primary data, data collection is through direct observation and interviews, while secondary data is collected through several studies, articles, and related literature. In this study, it was found that the development of sustainable tourism was not optimal. So far, tourism potential has been highly conserved but along with modernization and globalization, this can trigger the erosion of tourism potential which has an impact on unsustainability. Therefore, it is necessary to improve tourism development strategies towards sustainable tourism. Keywords: julah, optimization, sustainable tourism.
