The aim of this study: (1) to analyze the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (2) to analyze the effect of prices on Customer Satisfaction, (3) to analyze the effect of Service Quality on Repurchase Intention, (4) to analyze the effect of Price on Repurchase Intention, (5) to analyze the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase intention. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed to 86 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results of the study show that the influence of Service Quality variable (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y1) is significant at 0,000. Customer Quality Variable (X1) is not significant with the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable of 0.225. Based on the correlation for the Price variable (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y1) of 0.020. And the price variable (X2) is significant with the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable of 0,000. And the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y1) is significant with the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable of 0,000. The results of this study indicate that, compared to service quality, Price has a stronger influence on customer satisfaction, which leads to a Buyback Interest.
Abstract. ICT becomes a key element to improve industrial infrastructure efficiency and sustainable economic productivity. This study aims to analysis the impact of regional improvement on information and communication development in Indonesia. This research is a correlational study. Population of this research include 151 regions in Indonesia. By using a total sampling, there were 151 sample reg ions. The results show there are the strong impact of regional gro wth on increasing Gross Regional Do mestic Product (GRDP) of information and communicat ion. It can be seen fro m all regional imp rovement sub variables that have a high correlation in increasing GRDP of Information and Co mmunication in Indonesia. Only t wo sub-variables that have low correlation to GRDP of Information and Co mmun ication variab le i.e. GRDP of Agricu lture, Forestry and Fishing (0.01) and GRDP of M ining and Quarry ing (-0.04). The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.981, means the variable of informat ion and communicat ion GRDP has a very strong correlation with regional growth variable. Thus the value of Adjusted R Square is 95.8%, means there are impact of regional g ro wth variab les in increasing GRDPof Info rmation and Co mmun ication, while the increase of 4.2% of Information and Co mmunicat ion GRDP is in fluenced by other factors aside fro m regional improvement.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
