Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh perbedaan jenis asam yang digunakan pada proses perendaman terhadap komposisi asam amino, pola pita protein dan kekuatan gel produk gelatin yang diekstrak dari kulit ayam Broiler. Pada penelitian ini asam yang digunakan pada proses perendaman yaitu asam asetat (AA), sitrat (AS), dan laktat (AL). Komposisi asam amino produk gelatin dianalisis dengan HPLC, pola pita protein dianalisis menggunakan metode elektroforesis, dan kekuatan gel diukur dengan CT3 Texture Analyzer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan, ketiga produk gelatin yaitu GAA, GAL,dan GAS mempunyai komposisi asam amino yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan persentase tertinggi glisin, diikuti prolin, glutamat, arginin, dan alanin sedangkan terendah metionin, sistin dan tirosin, serta tidak terdeteksi adanya histidin. Persentase glisin (18,31%) dan prolin (9,18%) untuk GAA tidak berbeda secara signifikan dengan GAS (17,88% dan 8,85%) dan GAL (17,77% dan 7,46%). Elektroforegram SDS-PAGE untuk GAA dan GAS hampir sama yaitu memberikan pita protein dengan berat molekul tinggi pada 85kDA yang diikuti dengan pita protein dengan berat molekul lebih rendah pada 66, 45, 31, dan 25kDA namun pita protein pada GAA lebih tebal dari GAS. GAL tidak menunjukkan pita protein dengan berat molekul yang tinggi, hanya agregates protein dengan berat molekul rendah pada 21 kDA. Hasil pengukuran kekuatan gel untuk GAA 216,63 g bloom, GAS 109,01g bloom, dan GAL 32,73 g bloom. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa jenis asam yang digunakan pada proses perendaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap persentase kandungan asam amino tetapi berpengaruh terhadap pola pita proteinnya (berat molekul) dan kekuatan gel dari produk gelatin yang dihasilkan.

This research aims to determine the value and comparison of fixed deposit rate premium and stochastic rate with Vasicek model. It used prospective calculation method. The mortality table in the research used TMI-2011, for participant were couple age 40 and 35 years old with 10 year premium payment. Under this condition the value of constant rate premium and Vasicek rate premium is and . Besed of this research showed the value of the Vasicek rate premium is smaller than constant rate premium.
Life insurance products consist of a single life insurance and joint life insurance. Joint life is a state where the rule die life is a combination of two or more factors, such as the husband-wife, parent-child. The research is to obtain the formula of the annual premium of joint life insurance with the age of x, y, and z. By using formula and constants Helligmann-Pollard will be determined value of mortality tables, life annuity and single premium to get the formula annual premium joint life insurance for three persons. In addition, this study also aims to get the number of annual premium joint life insurance for a household of three consisting of a married couple and one son with the ages of 50, 45, dan 15 years old, with the interest rate of 5% used. For the contract terms of one and two years, the annual premium of joint life for two persons respectively and greater than the joint life insurance of three persons. While for three to ten years contract, the annual premium of joint life insurance three person is bigger than the joint life insurance for two persons.
This paper presents a unit-linked insurance which is a modern insurance. The policyholders will get benefits of insurances and investment. The aim of this research is to analysis of unit link insurance products in Indonesia. Especially to analysis the mortality cost, premium, return, and profit of the product. The method used is a stochastic profit testing method and the results of the study show that mortality cost offered by the three unit link companies selected as the sample of this study are greater than the insurance costs calculated based on the Indonesian Mortality Table. From comparing different unit linked insurance plans, only one plan is sufficient to fund the guarantee. While others have to do a Top-up premium.
Joint Life insurance is an insurance that covered two individuals in one policy. The purpose of this research is to determine and to compare the reserve value of Joint Life insurance using New Jersey method and Prospective method with and without New Jersey method. The method that used in this research are New Jersey method, the participants of this assurance is a couple of husband and wife between 45 and 40 years old with 30 years period, interest levels at 6,5%. The results of this represent reserve value with New Jersey method always smaller, and the reserve value in the 30 years period have the same result using New Jersey method and Prospective method.
