Object of this research in one of famous bank in Surabaya which is PT Bank Central Asia, with qualitative research type, cause to know how customer bank perception about service that Bank Central Asia give to customer which is service a main point of customer satisfaction. Perception that tray to measurement using qualitative approach’s: responsiveness, communication, durability, hospitality, and understanding customer has satisfaction ones each other during servicing customer. All populations are 1030 customer, take a sample 40 customer which is customer who has deposit 500million rupias
Persepsi produk di masyarakat konsumen memang tidak dapat dilepaskan dari desain labelnya, mengingat kesan pertama yang muncul ketika konsumen melihat produk adalah berdasarkan bagus tidaknya label yang digunakan. Penelitian ini terfokus pada sebuah kelompok usaha kecil aneka produk pangan dan craft di Sidoarjo yang cenderung masih mempertahankan model kemasan tradisional. Kelompok tersebut merupakan penghasil produk sumber pangan dan aneka kerajinan dimana selama ini masih dikerjakan dan diproduksi secara sederhana. Mengingat kemajuan teknologi dan desain label selama ini yang semakin pesat maka perlu adanya sentuhan kemajuan teknologi pada produk kelompok usaha ini agar desain label mampu meningkatkan persepsi positif konsumen ketika melihat produk tersebut. Kecenderungan pasar selama ini bahwa produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok pelaku usaha kecil semakin diminati oleh pasar global, tentunya kondisi ini membutuhkan kepedulian dan penanganan secara baik terutama pada label kemasan produknya. Untuk memudahkan analisa maka pemicu persepsi konsumen di identifikasi menggunakan beberapa faktor yang berinterelasi secara langsung yang melekat pada produk yang dihasilkan. Melalui pendekatan analisa faktor diharapkan dapat diketahui secara signifikan bahwa faktor apa saja yang perlu diketahui dan diperbaiki agar konsumen memiliki minat yang kuat terhadap segala bentuk produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok usaha kecil tersebut. Selanjutnya dapat diambil kebijakan dan tindakan mengenai perbaikan label pada beberapa produk yang nantinya dapat dijadikan produk unggulan bagi pelaku usaha kecil di kawasan kota Sidoarjo. Bertambahnya pelaku usaha kecil di kota Sidoarjo sangat terkait erat dengan munculnya berbagai peluang usaha kecil dalam kelompok industri rumahan yang memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan ke depan.
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between communication, team work, and organizational commitment to the performance of employees at PT Seroja Lukindo Lestari Surabaya. This research is using quantitative method. The population and sample based on questionnaires to employees of PT Seroja Lukindo Lestari Surabaya of 67 respondents. The method of data collection uses interviews, observations and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the research showed Communication (X1), Team Work (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) had a significant relationship to employee performance (Y) which have a significant value <0.05.
The purpose of this research is to formulate the model of post-harvest food commodity governance and its distribution management in 5 districts of Sidoarjo Regency, so that the center of MSMEs can give real contribution to the food commodity resilience program and able to maintain the stability of food commodity availability evenly throughout Sidoarjo regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive in the form of fact finding with proper interpretation. The results show that food availability is increasingly limited due to increased conversion of paddy fields and other productive agricultural land, low productivity of agricultural products, poor irrigation networks and irrigation infrastructure in production areas has become a serious threat to the sustainability of food self-sufficiency. Similarly, the phenomenon of harvested area and paddy production in 5 sub-districts (Krembung, Tulangan, Balungbendo, Prambon, and Tarik) for the period of 2000s have fluctuated so that in the long term it will greatly disrupt the food security in the region Sidoarjo Regency. Therefore, there is a need for seriously arranging the governance of food commodities (rice) post-harvest and distribution governance.
In an effort to increase tourist visits in the new normal era to the city of Malang, East Java, the local government and the central government have made many efforts in carrying out eco-tourism activities whose main objective is to increase the number of tourist visits and the level of tourist satisfaction and local revenue in Malang Regency, East Java. Due to the increasing number of tourist visits to the city of Malang, it is necessary to make improvements in eco-tourism activities with the aim of increasing the trust and satisfaction levels of tourists who come there. Several improvements that are feasible to do so that the flow of tourist visits is getting better from year to year, are: providing lodging facilities in accordance with tourist expectations, increasing the number of tourist attraction activities, providing shopping center facilities, availability of a culinary center, organizing important events, access roads to tourist attractions, and environmental improvements in the tourist area. These seven important aspects are imperative in an effort to provide better overall service to tourists, considering the tourists who come to Malang, some come from outside the province. The data processing method used in this research is categorical test, where this test tool aims to find a map in the form of a quadrant that displays the position of tourist attractions in the city of Malang to make improvements and improvements to increase visitor satisfaction. From the results shown based on the categorical test, there are two main tourist attractions that are priority development, that is Batu Secret Zoo and Batu Night Spectacular
