The article substantiates the general-didactic principles for the formation of professional readiness of future rescuers to work in extreme conditions and their implementation in the educational institutions of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergencies is substantiated. The following principles are taken into account: scientific, systematic and consistent learning, availability of teaching, communication theory with practice, individualization, emotionality, creates conditions for a deep understanding of the essence of the
investigated process as a strategic direction of professional training of specialists in the field of human security. All the general-didactic principles are implemented in close interconnection, mutually asserting and producing each other, that is, all are used as a whole. Also, we have identified the role of these principles in shaping the professional readiness of rescuers, the technology of which contributes to the consistency and phases of the educational process.
