The expediency of creating a universal service center (USC) in a specific agricultural region has been revealed hereby. Its tasks have been substantiated as an executive of technical services. Basing on the formulated tasks, the structure of the operation of the USC has been developed within the framework of the system “Plant – service executive – consumer of the service”. The methods for determining the rational location of the USC in the territory of a particular region have been developed and implemented. An example of calculation of the functioning parameters of a universal service center has been presented. It was revealed that the economic effect of the USC would be achieved by reducing the route of mobile service workshops in the process of providing services to cars.
