Temperature distribution in biological tissue under MW irradiation from the end of coaxlal waveguide directly contacted thc tissuc is considercd It is show that under such conditions the relative increase of the surface temperature on thc border of thc irradiator is only 30% of thc relative increase of the surface temperature just below the central electrode of the irradiator, and the relative increase of thc surface temperature at the distance of 5 mm is only few percents. It is demonstrated that tcniperature effect is local therefore such design of the waveguide can be used in reflexotherapy.
