<pre><em>Implementation of Tri Hita Karana main goal is to realize a harmonious relationship between man and God, human with human and human with nature environment. Tri Hita Karana has been applied well by Hindu Transmigration society living in Nusa Agung Village of OKU Timur Regency of South Sumatera Province. To realize this harmonious relationship there must be a process or forms of activities implemented to realize harmony. So in this study there are three formulation of the problem to know the process or forms of activities that build harmony. (1) How to apply Tri Hita Karana to build harmony of Hindu transmigration society from Bali in Nusa Agung Village of East OKU Regency of South Sumatera Province, (2) How to apply Tri Hita Karana to build harmony of Balinese Hindu transmigration community in Nusa Agung Regency OKU East of South Sumatera Province and (3) What is the philosophical meaning contained in the implementation of Tri Hita Karana in establishing the harmony of Hindu transmigration society from Bali in Nusa Agung Village OKU Timur Regency of South Sumatera Province.</em><em></em></pre><pre><em>The theory used in this study to discuss the formulation of the problem is (1) Symbolic Interactionism Theory to dissect the problem about how Tri Hita Karana application form. (2) Structural Functional Theory to dissect the problem about how the function of Tri Hita Karana implementation. (3) Theory of Meaning to dissect the problem of what philosophical meaning is contained in the application of Tri Hita Karana. The method used in this research is the method of informants, data collection methods, data analysis methods and methods of presentation. The method of determining informants using Porposive sampling technique, data collection method using method; Obsevation, interviews, literature and documentation. Methods of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and the type of research is qualitative.</em><em></em></pre><pre><em>The results obtained in this study are (1) the form of Tri Hita Karana implementation in establishing the harmony of the Hindu transmigration community from Bali in Nusa Agung Village divided into several forms, namely; Form of ritual, form, form of marriage, form of work, form of gotong royong and form of agriculture. (2) the function of Tri Hita Karana implementation in establishing the harmony of Hindu transmigration community from Bali in Nusa Agung village divided into three functions, namely; Religious functions, social functions and economic functions. (3) philosophical meaning contained in the application of Tri Hita Karana in establishing harmony of Hindu transmigration society from Bali in Nusa Agung village divided into three meanings, namely; The nature of human relationships with God, the nature of human relationships with humans and the nature of human relationships with the natural environment.</em><em></em></pre>

This paper discusses the potential empowerment of congregations for missioner churches. The Church is called a missioner when it is able to carry out programs that move outwards, not only perform services inward. The Church always motivates the congregation to preach the good news. The method used in this writing is a descriptive qualitative approach. The missioner church is always actively enhancing partnerships with churches or other mission institutions. In carrying out the activities out there is one concept of three and one that the author offers, namely in evangelism the author does activities by doing three things in one place. In the congregation, there are expected to be small groups engaged in a clear service program. In small groups, word sharing is done, evangelistic services, and at the same time the congregation runs its business.Keyword: Potential, congregation, missioner, empowerment, Church. AbstrakTulisan ini membahas tentang pemberdayaan potensi jemaat untuk gereja misioner. Gereja disebut misioner bila sudah mampu melaksanakan program yang bergerak ke luar, tidak hanya melakukan pelayanan ke dalam. Gereja selalu memberi motivasi kepada jemaat untuk memberitakan kabar baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Gereja yang misioner senantiasa aktif meningkatkan kemitraan dengan gereja-gereja atau lembaga-lembaga misi lainnya. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan keluar dalam penginjilan gereja melakukan kegiatan dengan melakukan tiga hal dalam satu tempat. Dalam jemaat diharapkan ada kelompok-kelompok kecil yang bergerak mengerjakan program pelayanan yang jelas. Background: Cardiac myxoma is a primary tumor that grows intracardiac. Primary heart tumors are rare, and incidents range from 0.0017 to 0.03%. Around 75% of primary heart tumors are benign, and 50-80% are cardiac myxoma. Echocardiography is the gold standard in detecting tumor mass in the heart. With the development of diagnostic modalities and cardiac surgery techniques, cardiac myxoma can be detected and treated correctly and leading to a better prognosis.Objective: To report a series of cases of cardiac myxoma resection carried out by the Cardiac Surgery team of Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar.Cases: Data collected from 2016 to March 2019 cased based on Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar. Six cases were diagnosed based on the clinical, electrocardiographic, radiological, and histopathological basis.Conclusion: This series of cases reported six intracardiac tumor patients who were found through echocardiographic examination and five patients had open heart surgery for tumor resection; also all histopathological examination results were following cardiac myxoma. There were no reported post-treatment complications and the patients were discharged hemodynamically stable after hospitalized for approximately one week. Until now, there have been no reports of recurrence in patients who have taken resection and patients have normal daily life activities.
