The article gives estimation of technical level of building and handling machinery, on the basis of which it develops a method of technical equipment of the State Special Transport Service of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine and provides practical recommendations thereto.
In this work the authors have conducted an analysis of the state of equipment of our enterprises. It is shown that in conditions of shortage of investments and disintegration of machine-building industry not the repair as proven mean of renewal of funds but the purchase of new equipment remains expedient and advantageous.
The ways of establishing traffic control in the management of maintenance and repair of equipment, which will greatly facilitate the management of mobile repair facilities and improve the efficiency of their use, are considered.
The paper is devoted to the problems of determination of rules and order of application, interaction of subdivisions of the State Special Service of Transport with subdivisions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and the Ministry of Ukraine on Issues of Extraordinary Situations and in Affairs of Population Protection from the Aftermaths of Chernobyl Catastrophe during elimination of aftermaths of accidents with dangerous freights on the railway transport.
The analysis of existing methods of management by the parks of building machines is conducted, it is marked that all of them have their advantages and demerits. Therefore in the real management system it is necessary to apply not someone of them but a few incorporated into the system.
