As part of the implementation of the international project “Green Construction in the Arctic” (KO 1089 - GrAB) of the Kolarctic 2014-2020 cross-border cooperation program, it is planned to construct experimental buildings (“model objects”). To implement the measures included in the GrAB project, it is planned to build two identical buildings on the territory of Murmansk and Petrozavodsk. The buildings are designed for research in the field of “green” technologies and energy-efficient construction, as well as approbation of research results. Objects in Murmansk and Petrozavodsk should be identical in external architectural appearance, design solutions and materials used, which will allow us to study the effectiveness of the use of the same building materials and structures in different climatic conditions. The model object is a one-story wooden house, its size in the plan is 13x6 m. It is envisaged to use modern technologies of wooden housing construction and equipping the house with energy-efficient engineering equipment, as well as a special temperature and humidity monitoring system for research. The facility is intended for conducting research in the field of green building technologies, testing new technologies and evaluating the effectiveness of their work in the Far North (Murmansk) and adjacent territories (Petrozavodsk). Purpose of work: a comprehensive assessment of the influence of the structure of the walls of a wooden house on its energy supply.
The article presents an analysis of international and national “green” buildings certification systems from the point of view of the possibility of their use in the Arctic territories. The groups of criteria that are typical for most certification systems, as well as the most significant groups of criteria for all considered assessment systems, have been identified. The main groups of criteria were correlated with the requirements for buildings of the settlements sustainable development program and with the stages of the buildings and structures life cycle. As a result of the performed analysis, conclusions were formulated about the need to focus on certain key and characteristic criteria or their groups for the Arctic territories in the system of environmental assessment of buildings.
The article presents the results of the development and implementation of a monitoring system for temperature and relative humidity of an experimental wooden building. The developed monitoring system allows recording in real time the temperature and humidity of the internal microclimate, layers of enclosing structures and the external environment. The monitoring system is represented by two subsystems: measuring and indicative. The building has 25 measuring points in key parts of the building. Within the framework of scientific research, the system will make it possible to assess the parameters of the internal microclimate and the state of the building envelope in real operating conditions with changing environmental parameters.
The article presents a program of a planned scientific experiment on a comprehensive study of the energy efficiency of the enclosing structures of a wooden low-rise building. The main focus of the study is on the construction of the wooden walls. Experimental buildings implemented in two constructive and technological solutions in different climatic conditions (climatic regions of the Republic of Karelia and the Murmansk region) are considered as objects of research. The review of normative methods of field studies of thermophysical properties of enclosing structures is carried out. An experimental research method is proposed by means of a system for monitoring temperature and humidity parameters, developed and installed in the layers of heterogeneous structures. As a result, a program of an experiment for a comprehensive study in a stationary mode of the internal microclimate of a building was formed.
